I got this recipe from "Simple Vegetarian Pleasures" by Jeanne Lemlin. I LOVE asparagus and am always on the lookout for new ways to make it. This is such an easy and elegant way to serve it. The asparagus gets a slightly nutty flavor after roasting, which makes it even more yummy.

This is the way I have been serving summer squash to my family to years. It is so easy and tastes great. I hope you enjoy it too!

    Recipe #31371

I copied this recipe off the back of a jar of marshmallow cream. The recipe was for chocolate-walnut fudge. I just change the flavor of the candy chips for different flavors. It is a no fail recipe and always comes out the way you think fudge should.

Chicken doesn't get better than this.

    Recipe #41009

Easy and so delicious! Tastier and fresher than store bought. No preservatives but lasts in the fridge a long time. You control the heat and the sodium. Fat free, low calorie and vegan too!

This method makes the BEST roasted prime rib. It never fails to produce a tender/juicy prime rib for me. Don't worry, the salt mixture will not affect the taste. It's purpose is to seal in all the flavor and juices.

Prep time is 5 minutes. The rest is time marinating.

    Recipe #39911

Easy homestyle meal that kids and teenagers absolutely love.

This was the first way I learned to cook fish. My favorite fish for this is tilipia, but any white fish filets would work. It is perfect with rice and a green vegetable. I found a website that has a picture of the Knorr seasoning (it doesn't seem to have Swiss in the name anymore). You can see a picture of it here: http://www.germandeli.com/048001704022.html

    Recipe #79275

This came from the April 1998 Chatelaine magazine. Since then, its the ONLY recipe I have used for a good cut of beef. The cooking time indicated here is for a3 lb roast.

    Recipe #55807

Another easy to make yet impressive main course. Smells heavenly while cooking!

This is a yummy favourite of mine to serve as part of pre-dinner munchies, or as a snack to a group of friends (it also doubles well). I found it many years ago in Out of This World CookBook II. Credit for the recipe goes to Virginia Prentice.

This recipe was adopted from the RecipeZaar account. The veggies can be broiled rather than grilled. I have not changed the recipe at all.
