From A delicious sweet and spicy jelly sauce - no berry fruits harmed in the making. It tastes more sweet than hot. Yummy with spicy finger foods such as jalapeno poppers, and also great on meats such as lamb chops. Recipe is an Arby's restaurant copycat posted on Planet Hamster. *I've made this without the Pectin - I added 1/8 C of Wondra, and it turned out fine. It's pretty close to the original!

I love clone recipes. Making it myself and controlling the ingredients yet having familar taste is so much fun. This is for a red salsa recipe that is a copy cat of the Chili's Restaurant Chain found here in the west and around the country. It is super easy to make and fun to eat. You make it fresh at home and save money while having it whenever you want. Perfect for football parties, games, events, holidays etc This is the real Todd Wilbur Top Secret Recipe from his book "Top Secret Restaurant Recipes 2" that I own. Other recipes can be found but they lack one ingredient or another. Todd says "If you want to double it, use a 28 oz can diced tomatoes and double the other ingredients. If you need more heat tweek the amount of jalalapenos you use." I hope it adds a kick to your menu. Enjoy! ChefDLH

When I used to work in NY city, I would eat lunch at Chipotle Mexican Grill at least twice per week. I simply loved their burritos and I was not the only one. The line would literally be out the door starting at 12:30pm. We would fax in our orders in advance to avoid the ridiculous lines - that was until other people caught on and began faxing in their orders also :-(. Even so, it was always well worth the wait. I found this on The extra vanilla makes the house smell heavenly when these are baking. The key to these cookies is to not bake them past the recommended 10 minutes. This way after they cool they will be nice and chewy. Mmmmmm!
