Talk about Comfort food!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've also made it with Monterey Jack Cheese to give it a little kick!!

    Recipe #50604

I love this recipe because it is so easy and it calls for hardly any ingredients, and I always have these ingredients in my pantry. This recipe came from a good friend's mother, who was always asked to bake the ham for get-togethers and family dinners. Now I get those requests. People who ordinarily aren't too fond of ham rave over this one. After I carve, I spoon a little of the glaze over the meat in the platter - yummmm!

Here's another make-it-the-night-before breakfast casserole. You don't need syrup with this one. Prep time does not include refrigerating overnight.

Made this one up myself, from a mix of different recipes. No need to wait for dry beans to soak. You get great homemade soup in about an hour!

This a wonderful comfort food! My Italian husband and relatives love it. They can't believe I don't spend the whole day at the stove to make it. Serve with good Italian bread and a salad and your all set! I have included the microwave instructions, but I have never made it this way's your choice. Try it you'll love it. If it's a little thick the next day for left-overs, just thin with a little Red Wine and Chicken broth. YUMMY!!!

I experienced the most wonderful broiled shrimp dinner at a local restaurant and created my version which is pretty darn close to their recipe. You will absolutely love these! Prep time includes cleaning and butterflying shrimp.

Although quick and easy, this is elegant and very tasty. This recipe appeared in our local newspaper recently as coming from the Campbell Kitchens.

From Very good recipe. Quick and easy. I always double the amount of salsa, simply because we like salsa and it just adds to the recipe in taste alone.

This recipe was given to me years ago by a very good friend who was an excellent cook. I have made it over and over again. My husband loves it! I have never had it with mashed potatoes, only riced!! Great to make ahead, refrigerate, bring to room temperature and cook when needed!!

Had this on file for years. Not sure of origin. My husband and I both love it. I have made a couple of simple modifications of ingredients to our tastes as noted, but do as you wish.

This is a delightful dish and the sauce really steps up the fish with a fruity flair. Try it, you'll like it. I know it came from a magazine, but Lord knows which one, years ago!!

Serve this delicious and "Oh So Spicy" shrimp dish with baguettes of hot French bread, generous napkins and a bowl for the shrimp shells. Truly a feast to enjoy and finger licking good. This came from a newspaper probably 15 years ago!

Yummy Dip and so quick and easy to prepare. It will be a hit at any party! If you want to be creative make your own Tostados or be sure you have plenty of Tortilla Chips, Fritos Scoops or both on hand.
