This was posted in a local newspaper. Wonderful, strong Mediterranean flavors and very healthful =]

    Recipe #179813

When I make this recipe I put lots and lots of Parmesan cheese in it and I do not put it under the broiler. I even make it the night before serving. Excellent. This is from a wonderful restaurant in Fullerton, California who gives out the recipe on postcards. Everyone asks for the recipe when I bring it to dinners.

    Recipe #42382

This recipe was given to me by a German lady that I worked with some time ago, it's a nice change from the usual potato salad recipe

    Recipe #70282

I don't remember what cookbook this is from. I think it was a compilation of restaurant recipes. These are excellent! They disappear everytime I make them. They are spicy so if you don't like heat, you can try making them without the red pepper flakes.

    Recipe #195661

This luscious spinach and cheese dish comes from Northern India, the home of paneer, a fresh cow-milk cheese similar to ricotta. It's sold near the feta and haloumi in supermarkets, either of these two cheeses can replace paneer here, but the results wont be exactly the same. When I made this, I did use a soft feta, which melted into the spinach and gave me the most creamy rich curry you can imagine. I also upped the amount of the garam masala, to give a hotter result, and I sauteed some shrimps in garlic and butter, and served them with the curry, we enjoyed an excellent meal! The recipe is taken from Australian Womens Weekly, New Curries UPDATED to add ( thank you Peggy :) ), that previously step 2 said to add half the spinach at that step, I've changed it to say, add all the spinach.

I don't really know what makes a dish Spanish. But I do know this is good eating! Serve as a main dish or as an appetizer.

This was part of his pork sandwich recipe # although it would be a good topper for any sandwich or burger. It was featured on Oprah's first Sandwich Showdown.

So easy for your Christmas dinner!

    Recipe #302020

Looking for a candy combo of chocolate, cranberry & cashew I caem across this recipe at candy.about.com, & it suited my needs perfectly! However, if your situation includes the bark sitting around a long time in warm temperatures, it's suggested that 'real' chopped chocolate be used & tempered so that it won't melt in the heat!

    Recipe #292025

I made a version of this as peanut brittle, but had to try it with cashews. Outstanding! So crispy and decadent...P.S. This recipe is made in an 1100-watt microwave. P.S. If you live in an area that has high humidity, this recipe may not work for you; try to make on a day with low humidity.

    Recipe #347726

With molasses, oatmeal & chocolate, these cookies, when made correctly, are a deliciously soft & decadent treat! The recipe was found in The Ultimate Chocolate Cookie Book, 2004. Cooking time is based on baking a dozen cookies every 10 minutes.

Or Burgers For The Tourist. If you enjoy Mexican flavors you're going to love this.

    Recipe #234373

From Calcium-Rich Canned Salmon Recipes in Good Food Magazine March 1988. I think this makes an elegant first course, or a light supper with a salad.

    Recipe #293563

This easy-to-make dessert will impress family and friends. It comes together in minutes, but everyone will think you slaved over it. Make the Kahlua cream a day or two ahead, so the flavors develop. The instructions here call for the berries to be roasted, but it is perfectly fine -- and totally delicious -- to simply stir the berry ingredients together and let them marinate in the fridge for a few hours before assembling.* I figure roast them in winter and refrigerate them in summer. The recipe can be easily halved or doubled. Created for RSC #10.

    Recipe #243317

A tasty peanut butter cookie topped with chopped bits of pretzel. Salty and sweet in one bite!

    Recipe #457760

If you love foods with flavor then you will love this recipe! the spice amounts are only a guideline you may adjust to taste, this will work well using any part of the chicken :)

    Recipe #154133

Tender, falling apart beef ribs in a tangy sauce reminiscent of slow cooked barbecue. I've also made this with country style pork ribs (very, very good). The original recipe calls for cooking the noodles in the sauce, but I like to use a hearty noodle like bowties or kluski and cook separately, then mix in before serving.

    Recipe #137971

Peanuts are used widely in African cuisine.

    Recipe #456733

From "Carribbean Carnival", Good Food Magazine, February 1987. These fritters can be served hot or at room temperature. A lighter oil will have a more neutral taste. Peanut oil or extra-virgin olive oil might overpower the mayonnaise.
