    Recipe #137624

This big pancake can be eaten during Phase II of the diet and is very filling. You can use a low sugar syrup if you would like; I prefer it with just a few spritzes of trans free margarine spray and a few sprinkles of Splenda. This recipe is courtesy of The South Beach Diet book.

    Recipe #93019

This is a variation of Annies Low-carb No Flour Pancakes found on Lowcarbfriends.com. Annies recipe calls for 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, but as I rarely have cottage cheese on hand, I have used both sour cream and low-carb yogurt. If you use flavored yogurt, you don't need to top your pancakes with anything. I make the whole batch at once and keep any left overs in the fridge so I can just grab them for a quick snack, either plain or with a slice of cheese.

    Recipe #108413

Why pay almost $3 or $4 for an overpriced box of trail mix-style bars when you can make your own easily? A 6 ounce bag of puffed brown rice cereal goes for 80 cents at our local supermarket, and 6 ounces is a lot of puffed rice! You can use natural, low-sugar or low-fat peanut butters, use raisins instead of dried cherries or substitute chocolate or carob chips for the coconut (or include everything you can!). In addition to the sunflower seeds, I like to add sesame seeds for extra crunch as well.

    Recipe #94905

These are my own creation, and since my boyfriend and I love pancakes we make them often!!

    Recipe #131772

From "Where's mom, now that I need her" cookbook. I made these one time while we were camping and my husband almost freaked because these were the exact pancakes his German grandmother used to make. I don't know if they are German or not, but they are the best!

This is one of the 'treats' we have for breakfast while trying to stay on The Beach. Arnold bread is the best whole grain bread we've had so far, so I consider it a must for this recipe.

    Recipe #113142

These homemade granola bars are so delicious, and the good thing about these is that you can add whatever you want to them, these are much better than store-bought.

    Low fat and Delicious!

    Recipe #102251

The base for this recipe is Ana Molina's Oatmeal Muffins (No Flour at All!) recipe #108564. I did tweak it quite a bit and really liked the results. These are great for SB Diet Phase 2 & 3. Spray kitchen shears with Pam to cut up the dried apricots

the use of buttermilk in these muffins makes a huge difference..it is the only blueberry muffin recipe we use now..when coating the blueberries, I use some of the alloted flour for this...not extra

    Recipe #118833

A new way to spice up brunch.

    Recipe #109281

I found these in a magazine, and just had to try them. They are really different and very good! The kids were wild about these. Try adding a dab of pineapple, or apricot jam.

    Recipe #26882

This is an easy and yummy Danish; great way to start your day with a cup of Joe!

    Recipe #67172

There is NO coffee in this I guess its just named weird. LOL. These are baked in mini muffin tins then rolled in cinnamon and sugar.

These are very healthy. When I make them I usually eat a large square for breakfast, and then eat a few squares every few hours as snacks. They actually taste like dessert, but they're healthy enough to eat for a meal. This is a revised recipe that I got from the back of Seven in the Morning cereal.

    Recipe #137724

A teacher I taught with brought these to the teacher's lounge once and we all loved them. I got the recipe from her. When ever I take these some place they are so-o-o-o much enjoyed that I am asked to bring them again the next time. This has happened repeatedly with two different groups with which I have regular meetings.

    Recipe #104831

This is a delicious, simple dessert recipe that I adapted with Pillsbury crescent rolls. I whipped it up one weeknight, and it baked while we ate dinner. It's best served warm, and it's moist & chocolate-y. This could also be a nice sweet treat for a brunch.
