This menu was served at a late summer engagement party for 15 people. There was just the right amount of food (READ: a little left over, no one went hungry)! Our goal was to have everything made as finger food. So, the puffs, crab cakes and carrot cakes were all made in my mini muffin pan (bite-sized). It worked out great. Don't make the cucumbers ahead... they drain and go soft. I served a family-recipe baklava, too, and a chocolate cookie from foodtv.com that wasn't very good, so I'm not adding it here. Enjoy!!
