Start your day with this honey hydrator! It's like a sports drink, but healthy! It will give you energy to face the day.

    Recipe #292469

Originally served with rum, it's so good without! I believe this was created in the bar at the Wellington Hotel in England, but can't prove it! Adapted from a kiwi site.

    Recipe #262661

I love ginger brew, but don't drink alcohol, so came up with this virgin drink. I hope you enjoy! The original drink called for 1 oz. rum.

    Recipe #261327

I'm having fun making new drinks with ginger brew! This mixes raspberry syrup with a touch of lemon juice. I use Reed's ginger brew. Enjoy!

    Recipe #261332

I adapted the recipe from Bon Appetit (May 2006) and changed it up to add lemon and pineapple juice. I love it! The original recipe did not call for the lemon and pineapple juices, so you may want to try it that way first, but I highly recommend you try them! Oh, at first the drink was quite hot and spicy, but after sitting a short time in the fridge, it was just right! Recipe #265357

A cozy drink with a little spice-ginger, a little kick-lemon, and a little soothing-honey! This drink is good cold too! This drink is excellent as an expectorant tea and/or a sore throat soother. Even if you aren't under the weather, this warming beverage will make you feel restored and comfy! Adapted from Growing 101 Herbs That Heal by Tammi Hartung.

    Recipe #277516

I hear that the French sip this tea for pure pleasure, but it is also soothingly healing for sore throats, upper respiratory troubles, and tummy bugs. This recipe calls for only one herbal ingredient, and you probably have it in your kitchen pantry. As you sip your drink, take a moment to think of cozy French farmhouses surrounded by fields just beginning to thaw after the long cold winter. Oh, for the simple life..... French Tart, I am thinking of you! Adapted from Cait Johnson, Assistant Producer, Care2 Healthy Living Channels.

    Recipe #277520

The recipezaar computer will not allow me to put ginseng in the ingredients, so I slipped it in. Ginseng benefits the mind and body as an energy booster. Ginseng is a long term tonic, not a quick acting one. WARNING: If you have high blood pressure, do not drink this tea! Ginseng is also known to supress pain and improve memory!

    Recipe #285889

A lightened up version of WI Cheesehead's Recipe#280094 made for the Make It Healthier Game. Enjoy!

    Recipe #294934

A delightful icy drink that will please the senses. I grew up in south Florida with no air conditioning. Enough said about that! Love this stuff!

    Recipe #298002

I just love mango and this goes together so nicely! You can use fresh or frozen mango and fresh or canned pineapple. Adding a banana is good too and makes it a smoothie! UPDATE: Due to reviews I have changed the ingredient pineapple chunks to crushed pineapple to help eliminate stringiness. :)

    Recipe #303968

Double or triple this amount and take it to the beach or on a hike for a hydrating treat. Adapted from Delicious Living.

    Recipe #331877

A South African smoothie with fresh fruit. Easy to make and you can substitute what you like!

Pretty, fizzy and tart! This non alcoholic drink is made by Joe Perrine, who bartends at Jack's Lounge in Louisville, Ky.

    Recipe #322795

A great treat from France! For a twist, you add the topping before the coffee. The dollops of freshly whipped sweetened cream will rise through the coffee for a floating cloud effect. Adapted from About.com. Cook time is time to brew coffee.
