This albondigas soup recipe was given to me from my mother-in-law. It's definitely one my favorite soups. Honestly, it's better than most restaurants that I've tried.

LOVE combination of spices, yes I do, Healthy and delicious, too! EASY to make, GREAT next day, Guess is not much more to say!

    Recipe #107880

This is one of my signature dishes - I've been using it since the 80's. I found the recipe in one of the local supermarkets own cookbooks, used it to acclaim and it made me famous, with people I hardly knew actually coming up to me and asking me how to do it. (I come from a very backward town!) Very easy, very pretty and unusual and well worth the effort. Oh, and it tastes good, too. On one side of the plate you've got green watercress soup and the other an orange carrot soup.

This is my favourite Thai Soup. Everyone seem to like Tom Yum Koong (the seafood one) but i prefer this creamy one...and the heat is flexible...depending on how much you can handle. Recipe from www.10thaidish.athailand.com

You can add extra lime juice for tang, and honey for extra sweetness. If your watermelon is good and sweet, omit the honey. For a pretty presentation, garnish with watermelon balls and fresh mint sprigs.

Broccoli Cheese Soup for people who love broccoli and real cheese. No velveeta here! Great served with crusty or fresh bread.

    Recipe #115100

I love fennel, I love soup… so when this soup was recently featured on FoodTV's "Party Starters" prepared by Edison Mays, I snagged the recipe from the website and adapted it to my liking.

Ever had this comfort soup in a restaurant? Tomatoes, onions and pasta--always a winning combination. This recipe is simple, affordable and fat free. Grandma made this popular homemade tomato soup in our family restaurant back in the 50's. Experiment with rice, parsley, leftovers, herbs, celery leaves, cheese or diced tomatoes. This recipe is better reheated and easy to double or triple!

Beans are really healthy, so when I cook them I try not to add anything to them that will make them unhealthy. This bean soup relies on some pepper and the green onions for seasoning. If you want salt, add some. Cooking time includes soaking time for the dried beans.

This is a recipe from the Philadelphia Jewish Exponent newspaper that I have made several times. I am posting it so everyone can enjoy it too. It was in a column by Ethel Hoffman. The ingredient list is long, preparation is easy.
