These are recipes that I have made, and reviewed. When I pick out a recipe, I make sure that I like everything in it. If there's an ingredient I don't like, I make sure that I can replace or remove it without changing the basic recipe. That way, I don't give a bad review for something that I changed. So, go through these, and enjoy!
These potato chips are very easy to make in the microwave. Also, they are healthier for you as they are not cooked in any oils. This method has intrigued so many people that have tasted them and then made them for themselves. The younger people just love them.
After watching Rachael Ray prepare her cold sesame noodles on TV, I tried it out myself and ended up tweaking it a bit before I was done. These noodles are usually half eaten before they get a chance to cool down!
This rich and creamy lobster dish can satisfy a seafood lovers palate, without breaking the bank. I bake this in a pie plate and serve alongside of steak, rice and cole slaw; a delicious, cheaper version of "surf and turf". Can be easily served as a main dish.
These are so fudgy and chewy they almost melt in your mouth. I was looking for a low-fat chocolate cookie but never expected to find something this good. These make me feel like I'm in chocaholic's heaven! I found these online, but they're originally from a Karo pamphlet.
Yummy pull-apart bread that was part of a county fair baking competition. It is baked in an angel pan and is delicious sliced and toasted. Slice it thin and use it for sandwiches. I make a double batch and slice it and freeze it with 2 slices to a baggie. Then take it out and thaw it and toast it. It won't stay in our house.
