This is a recipe request. I use this sauce over steamed veggies and brown rice, and it is delish! This can also be used for a stir-fry or great with some chicken and plain ol' egg noodles.

We serve these every new years when we have a neighborhood gathering. They always go over well. I could only guess at the prep time and serving sizes, but I am close.

    Recipe #65713

Authentic Asian flavour. Ketjap manis is an Indonesian thick, sweet soy sauce found in the Asian section of most grocery stores. Substitute it with 1 teaspoon low sodium sauce and 1/2 teaspoon sugar.

Best I've ever tasted. My husband, who has the stomach flu right now, ate it anyway and loved it. He went back for more! *rofl* Seriously, you won't be dissatisfied. NOTE:______ Please do not use just-cooked rice as you'll end up with a sticky mess. _______

This recipe was sent to me by my friend, Faye, in Canberra, Australia. It has become an addiction.

I haven't tried this one... I am posting it in response to someone looking for Manchurian Shrimp. I found it on thali.com.

    Recipe #85847

I love this recipe because it is light but yet very tasteful. I received this from a friend of mine at work.

I think this is a great Pad Thai recipe - quick and easy. It's certainly a favourite in our house. I would suggest making a double batch of the sauce, so the dish is even more flavorful. For those with milder tastes, cut back on the red pepper flakes. The recipe as is has quite a bite to it. This isn't a "authentic" Pad Thai recipe, so if that's what you are looking for, then this may not be it.

A quick and easy Asian style salad - nice and light, with a little kick!

A nice refreshing accompaniment to sates, dim sum, mu shu wrappers, and bulgoki.

A tasty and savory rice dish.

I put this recipe together from a lot of different sources after trying in vain to find one I really liked. It has a rather delicate flavor, but you can add a little stronger vinegar if you like. I did research to determine if there was a similar one but couldn't find one. My apologies if it is the same as another.

This is a wonderful salad full of flavor. Add grilled sliced chicken breast or flank steak for a Main Meal Salad!

    Recipe #51020

A Chinese restaurant favorite. My personal favorite version. :)

    Recipe #29210

This is a great appetizer and kids really like it, too!

I love coconut shrimp. I came across this recipe in my newspaper one day and though to try it. It is outstanding. The hot sauce gives it the right amount of spice to go with the sweet of the coconut. Prep time includes marinating time.

Serve with a bed of white rice.
