I found this recipe on another site over 5 years ago and have been making it every summer. The added fruits really make a difference in taste. It does, however, get a bit bitter near the end of the pitcher--if you don't finish it all quickly, you may want to remove the sliced fruit.
ZWT 3: U.S. (oranges and grapefruits) and Australia (oranges, grapefruits, limes, lemons)
This burger is posted for the Zaar World Tour Burger Challenge 2007. In honor of my teammates, the awesome and outstanding Devilishly Devious Diners, I would dedicate this recipe to the friends I have made!
I found that it was better to grill the bison burger on top of foil to ensure the burger stays together. The amounts used for the toppings on each burger would depend on the individual. I think these burgers would be outstanding with Bergy's recipe for Recipe #44436
Another recipe from the Kraft Foods Tapas Party (yes, I am getting ready for ZWT III and all the recipes sounded good and EASY!). Name brands are removed to protect those of us who don't want to buy their stuff! :) Also modified because KF put too many of the instructions for their recipe in the ingredient list. So mine LOOKS more complicated, but it's not. Cook time includes refrigeration.
Though the origins of the Pavlova are sometimes disputed, Australia or New Zealand, there is no doubt that this dessert from down under is a treat. This particular variation comes from Canadian Living on yields a delectable crisp shell and a soft gooey center. Worried about the calories? My friends on the Aussie/NZ inform me its best to use less whipped cream than to use lower calorie substitute. Guessing you could make some elegant individual pavlovas but would need to adjust baking time.
This recipes produces a delicious pork tenderloin and I highly recommend using the optional rum. It makes a beautiful presentation on a platter garnished with orange slices. Prep time is the time to marinate the tenderloins.
I got this recipe from the inside of the cream cheese carton- Yum!
I do recommend doubling the chocolate cookie crumbs as some reviewers have noted it doesn't cover the bottom of the pan very well with only 2 cups.
