    Recipe #140438

    Recipe #285931

Quick & easy - the secret is to slice the veges as finely as you can. Chilli is obviously to taste!

    Recipe #186939

Recently had an extra pint of cherry tomatoes on hand and was in search of comfort food. Devised this soup in a pinch and thought it was worth sharing. Mine was a quick soup for one but the recipe has been scaled up and uses the more economical Roma tomato. If you have lots of cherry or grape tomatoes -- they have a sweetness that pairs beautifully with the vinegar -- use them or do a mix with the roma tomatoes. If you are making this Kosher, skip the cheese or be sure to use vegetable broth.

    Recipe #131639

This has a great garlic flavor and tastes delicious with or without the heaters!

    Recipe #36561

This is a Czechoslovakian recipe from recipegoldmine.com Posted for ZWT4

    Recipe #307581

**Needs to Marinate** I was excited to find this recipe online. In my younger days I worked at a restaurant that served a delicious parmesan butter with all of it's steaks. This is so close to that very recipe. Try the Paprika-Parmesan Butter with all of your favorites steaks.

    Recipe #196177

Another recipe I got from my mother-in-law. I have no idea why they are called Polish Mistakes, but they make a good appetizer.

    Recipe #205794

From Every Night Italian, posted for ZWT IV.

    Recipe #307799

This came from Rosetto Frozen Ravioli. It's quick and delicious!

    Recipe #126783

A rich dish suitable for company. Serve with French bread and a green salad. Recipe from The Tremont Hotel.

    Recipe #195274

So simple and so good--these cutlets are a case where the whole is greater than the sum of the parts. Ground turkey is often disappointingly dry, but here a bit of butter and cream keep the meat moist. The butteriness of the juicy cutlets contrasts beautifully with the racy freshness of an uncomplicated red wine. A Beaujolais from France or a merlot from Trentino in Northern Italy or will be perfect.

    Recipe #134820

This a really terrific filling for those Asian steamed dumplings. The recipe was given to me by a good friend who is a chef at Benihana. You can use ground pork, ground shrimp, or ground turkey with great success. I have posted the recipe using ground pork because that is the typical mixture most people are accustomed to... but shrimp is a great indulgence and ground turkey is what I usually use and I love it.

    Recipe #117523

A salad for spinach and fennel lovers. Easy and simple.

I found this at another web site and after making a few adjustments decided to post it. It is very simple and easy. You choose the type of mushrooms you would like to use. I used dried shiitake that had been reconstituted. Delicious!

Entrecote Bordelaise is a French classic, impressive yet simple to prepare - it is a very chic way to serve a steak! Here are my easy step by step instructions for a perfect Entrecote Bordelaise! This thick sweet sauce is made in no time (5 minutes)! Has a hint of refreshing orange and lemon and warming cinnamon and cardamom. Serve over ice cream, cheese cake, pancake waffles or put into a trifle!
