A healthy way to eat peanut butter cookies! I like the chewiness in them. Try it and let me know how it goes :)

Got this from one of my favourite cooking shows (Food Mob on revision3) and thought I would submit it since it's a bit different than the other blondie recipes I've seen on here. Once you try this one you'll never make these any other way! PS: They used walnuts on the show but I prefer pecans.

    Recipe #431540

    These are the best ever!

    Recipe #273655

This is my husband's favorite cookie...it is from Cook's Illustrated..

    Recipe #118487

Cook's Illustrated came up with the best chocolate chip cookies and they also came up with the best light version. From The Best Light Recipe. I am saving it here so I don't loose it.

    Recipe #427105

This is my adaptation of a recipe from Nestle, posted by request. I decreased the amount of instant coffee, because I found the original amount to be waaay to much. This is a good recipe to use the new swirled morsels in. NOTES: yield given is if a cookie scoop is used to dole them out. Cooking time is approximate per batch.

    Recipe #102667

Peanut butter + chocolate = delicious! From America's Test Kitchen, these are a variation on their basic "lunchbox brownie." Dense and rich and peanut-buttery. This makes a small pan (8x8) so it will be gone quickly. :)

Ben and Jerry make the best ice creams and this lovely choice is one of their best in my opinion. Give it a try and see what you think Cooking time is however long it takes your ice cream freezer to make it.

    Recipe #210590

These cookies resemble oatmeal cookies, but they are crispier and have a unique taste. They don't contain any wheat, gluten, common headache triggers, milk or eggs. They're a nice treat for someone on a restrictive diet like mine, but I think they'll appeal to others too. (It didn't take long for my husband to ask for a second one, and he can eat anything.) I've only made this recipe at high altitude (5200 feet), so you'll have to test my low altitude suggestions.

Love these with the basic frosting. Prep time includes chill time.

    Recipe #284530

This is an amazing frozen treat! It takes a little time continuously whisking, but it is definitely worth it. The next time I make it I may double the recipe, it will definitely still fit in the ice cream maker cylinder. I used skim milk because it is what I had on hand and omitted the almonds at the end. I've heard of people using espresso powder instead of instant coffee, but the instant coffee gives a very nice, subtle flavor. Also, some have mentioned using less cornstarch, but I used the full 2 TBSP and thought it came out great. The consistency is ridiculously smooth and I may have added a little more than an ounce of chopped chocolate. Enjoy!

Every Wednesday The Montreal Gazette posts recipes according to the theme of the week or recipe requests that readers ask for. This is a recipe request, and it is from American chocolate company, Ghiradelli. I have made and ate this recipe and is decidedly very good.

Super-simple and sooooo good. Perfect for that sweet/salty craving. And only 3 ingredients! From glam.com. Try these at your next girls' night!

    Recipe #307807

My Mom gave me this recipe a long time ago but I've long since taken it over and now it's mine! It's pretty simple to do and tastes wonderful. This is great for potlucks and bar-b-ques... no matter where I take this, I come home with an empty pan. Be sure to allow this to chill for several hours but overnight is best.

    Recipe #384473

I just found this recipe on the internet and wanted to add it too my cookbook, sounds so delicious!

    Recipe #305455

Thanks to Better Homes & Gardens for this recipe. Love these cookies, but I love chocolate. Not hard to make. I'm not a baker and I had no problems. If you have kids, they'll be GONE. Enjoy.

    Recipe #343555

I know... Not ANOTHER chocolate chip cookie recipe... BUT, you'll find that these are sheer perfection, large bakery-style, thick and chewy, cookies that taste as good as they look with a fool-proof set of instructions. It was pointed out to me that this recipe is from Baking Illustrated, perhaps so as I wrote down the ingredients from a morning show years ago! Thanks for letting me know.

I had alot of strawberries I needed to use and also wanted a cheesecake ... this is what I came up with. It was super easy and very creamy.

    Recipe #320808

From vegan cookies take over the world by Isa Chandra Moskowitz and Terry Hope. These have the consistency of shortbread; I had to stop my husband snaffling them all. They went down well with a cup of earl grey tea. I substituted the almond milk for soya milk due to my nut allergy; I also added the juice of half a lemon and reduced the sugar by a tablespoon according to my taste
