This dessert from BBC Good Food is what they refer to in North America as a pudding cake - a cake layer forms while baking with a lovely pudding-like sauce on the bottom. We just love these!

    Recipe #451108

These are low fat-low sugar muffins--healthy and tasty!

    Recipe #186742

This is one of my annual Christmas recipes...it keeps very well if wrapped properly and absolutely delicious to set out with your other holiday goodies.

    Recipe #195132

An heirloom recipe passed down from my Mother...I make them every Christmas no matter what!

    Recipe #195179

These are easy, crisp and lovely to have with coffee or tea. I usually make them at Christmas. *On a side note: this Christmas 2006, I exchanged the 3/4 cup of almonds for 3/4 cup of candied ginger, chopped fine...just yummy!

    Recipe #196612

I've had this recipe for years; it was given to me by a friend. This is a moist fragrant quick bread. Use what appeals to you whether it is simply dates and nuts or chocolate chips to make it your own. I have used cooked acorn squash puree in place of pumpkin puree with good results.

    Recipe #261679

I'm not sure where I got this recipe but its great fun to make. The kiddies love them...so do the grown-ups.*wink*

    Recipe #261032

This is kind of a spice quick bread. It comes from my late Mum's recipes--I grew up eating this.S ounds odd, but tasted yummy with a cuppa tea or coffee.

    Recipe #250750

For those who have ever grown zucchini...this is an excellent way to use up zucchini. It's also a way to get the zucchini-haters in your household to come over to the green side. LOL

    Recipe #250746

Let me just warn you that these Cinnamon Buns are TO DIE FOR!

    Recipe #243105

This comes from Martha Stewart's website. I adore cheesecake so I had to post this so I wouldn't lose it...sounds delicious! I plan to make it for my Family Easter dinner.

    Recipe #218693

A nice holiday cookie for your trays! I'm not sure how many cookies this recipe makes.

    Recipe #264253

A decadent gorgeous dessert for your lover, family or company!

    Recipe #264147

A muffin with old-fashioned appeal taken from The Gazette's Eater's Digest.

    Recipe #264035

Who can resist a brownie...with the added delight of mint choccie! Made with my recipe#263320.

    Recipe #263347

    Recipe #263341

    Recipe #263338

Using my recipe#263320...these lovely orange flavoured cookies are a delight for Christmas.

    Recipe #263328

This is a cookie mix I make every Christmas. When time is at a premium...being prepared is always a good thing. I got this from a Christmas edition of Pillsbury's Cookbook. Using the baking mix you can make several different cookies for your Christmas cookie trays. The beauty of this is you have the mix in the refrigerator to use whenever you have short time to whip up a lovely cookie! I will add the cookie recipes asap.

    Recipe #263320

These are probably my favourite cookie made with my recipe#263320. They are kind of like a macaroon but a little more festive!

    Recipe #263274
