Oh my goodness, Emeril has done it again! Try this delicious sauce on ice cream, in milk or whip up a great milkshake with some vanilla ice cream! This syrup is dairy-free so you can use soy milk, etc. when making things with it.

    Recipe #503990

This is a modification of something I saw as a dipping sauce for shrimp. It is great with chicken and would be good with fish. It is nice and tart. You can vary or forget the siracha to your taste.

    Recipe #481797

Modified from Elise's Nov 22, 2008 post to Simply Recipes -- Have on hand for the holidays; top a cheesecake, or great served on vanilla ice cream or pound cake!

    Recipe #480954

This cloud like frosting is equally at home on top of a cinnamon bun or a cake. Make and enjoy!!!!! Double the cream and use it with Recipe # 477119. Or add some Bourbon and create another profile.

    Recipe #477707

Ridiculously easy caramel. Not thermometers, no soft ball stage, no hovering!

    Recipe #477443

Decadent and healthy at the same time!!!! This light and satisfying sauce will compliment fresh berries, cake, ice cream or what ever you want to drizzle it over. Reduce the sugar and just eat it plain. Ooooh!!! Maybe over waffles or pancakes.

    Recipe #471469

This is the best recipe for taste, presentation and easy for decorating, borders, cupcakes, cakes and such! This yields A LOT!! This works very well with KitchenAids mixers that really make a difference in outcome of frosting! If needed, add a little milk or water to thin out but KA's help, really don't need it. Very stable and can withstand room temp!!

    Recipe #454493

Simple and nice over ice cream, cake or whatever you want.

    Recipe #453043

Found on my mango recipe hunt. Serve with duck, chicken, pork or lamb.

    Recipe #453036

Nice mango sauce. Original recipe said it was just an ice cream topping...however I can imagine this on pancakes, waffles, crepes, cakes etc.

    Recipe #452850

This great hot fudge sauce recipe that I changed a bit, is from Mother's Bistro in Portland, Oregon. It is very quick to make and is perfect for topping ice cream with. I like it because it's not too sweet.

    Recipe #409483

    Simple coffee flavour syrup.

    Recipe #407932

This is the recipe directly from Wilton's website for their chocolate buttercream decorating icing. You can make it soft and spreadable or as stiff as you need by adjusting the amount of milk or water you add. Just follow the directions and it'll come out perfect every time.

    Recipe #386333

I LOVE whipped cream frosting, but it often falls flat and turns runny! this is my solution for stabilized whip cream frosting with lots of different flavor options!!

I started making this to use in my daughter's chocolate milk, since I am not a fan of HFCS, and a teeny bottle of organic chocolate syrup was over $4. I double the batch and store in a 32 oz rubbermaid "chug" bottle. You can store this in the fridge in any CLEAN container with a spout for several months.

From an old edition of Delicious magazine. This is fabulous to put atop your favorite muffin.

    Recipe #329745

I found this recipe on another site, courtesy of Kathy Finholt. I love it and used it on the "Why I Joined Zaar Carrot Cake" recipe. It got such rave reviews - both the cake and the icing. I hope you enjoy it as much as we all have. In case you don't know, crusting means that it hardens, but not like a royal icing. This will allow you to smooth it out and get a really smooth icing. You don't have to, but if you like the look of Fondant, you can almost get it as smooth as Fondant.

    Recipe #297863

A really yummy syrup that can be used for a great drink! Adapted from Bon Appetit magazine(May 2006). Suggested uses for syrup:Place chopped mango or lime along with some mint in a glass. Muddle (mash), add ginger spice syrup, top with club soda or/and drink of choice. For a party, put out bowls of blueberries, chopped kiwi and pineapples, strawberries, etc. Have fun!

    Recipe #271638

This is definitely the best frosting I have ever had. I am in love with it! Perfect texture....nothing like store bought! It is wonderful on everything!!!

    Recipe #262883

This recipe taste a hundred times better then the boxes you get in the store. I use this all the time when I am making a wedding cake. But if your wanting rich colors, you may need to change the recipe a bit. It tends to crumble after adding to much food colouring.
