First saw this recipe posted in the Bread Forum and just had to try it. But since it's not posted here, decided it needed to be so everyone can have it. Add some pumpkin to your dinner rolls to celebrate the season.
These rolls even look like mini pumpkins. They are easy to make from scratch and will look so gorgeous on your dinner table
The dough recipe is from Delicious Dishes. They were soft and tender with a hint of sweetness. But you can use any of your favorite dinner roll recipe to shape these cute minis.
They didn’t take as much time as I thought it would.
A wonderfully rustic Italian flat bread with rosemary, dried cranberries and chopped walnuts. My picture is made with the least amount of dried cranberries. I wished I had added an entire cup so as to have a piece in every bite. The milk helps promote a tender crumb. Can sub sun-dried tomatoes for the cranberries.
This makes a very healthy tasting, chewy cookie....it isn't a crisp cookie. I had it on a Christmas Cookie Exchange this year, and really enjoyed it! Originally authored by Brenda Bragg from Ohio. Cook time is actually 8 minutes per cookie sheet, I just increased the cooking time to accomodate multiple cookie sheetfuls!
I got this recipe from a friend since I'm a big fan of white chocolate and I loved it! I'm not sure where she got it, but I thought it was good enough to post here for anyone who's looking for a good cookie recipe!
This is SO good! It's a project for a day when your feeling creative. Georgians make this bread into a large loaf for special occasions, but street vendors also sell it in smaller, tart-sized diamonds, or "beggars' purses".
This is a family favourite--my mom's wonderful east coast pork pie recipe, which I have added to over the years. Mom makes hers with a crust made from tea biscuits--I use a flaky pastry crust--both work well. Serve with red pepper jelly or chili sauce on side.
These are mouthwatering. Make plenty for a weekend breakfast. It's worth the effort! They freeze well, too, and can be heated in the oven at 350 for about 12 - 14 minutes, or in the microwave for a few seconds if thawed (about 1 1/2 minutes if frozen). Very convenient for a grab and go breakfast.
Cute little Santa face cupcakes. Don't forget to leave one out for Santa Christmas Eve! Bake time is estimate, it depends on cakemix used, prep time is also estimate, it depends on how long it takes you to decorate!
With a little help from dark chocolate pieces and ruby-red raspberry preserves, banana bread goes from breakfast standby to brunch standout. This decadent twist on the classic can be made the night before. The morning of, simply drizzle with melted chocolate and raspberry preserves.
