Great gift idea that I saw this on T.V. and put here for safe keeping.

This is a romantic, seductive, rich, lush and thick, soft, chocolate covered berries! NOT a bite and crunch covered berries! Great for feeding your LOVED ONES. I've also cut a slice into the strawberry and put it onto a rim of my recipe #49905. You can decorate the top of a decadent chocolate cake with them.

    Recipe #54085

My husband thinks this is as good as the real thing (it's not, but he likes it so).

Mmmmm! These Frangos will melt in your mouth! They are so easy to make and also make great gifts. After cutting the Frangos into small pieces, I individually wrap each piece in pretty cellophane paper, and then place all pieces in either a cool coffee mug, a pretty box, or a lovely bag. I then take a colorful recipe card and write out the recipe to include with the gift because people always ask me for it once they have tasted these! Please note that the prep time does not include chill time.

Just like a payday candy bar. My family eats this up!!

So easy it's almost ridiculous! :) These chocolate-covered pomegranate seeds are a great addition to the holiday season, and the kids will like helping to make them.

These little fudge babies are addictive. They're raw. They're from the blog of Chocolate-Covered Katie. http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/2009/10/13/make-these-now/

This is what happens when you play "Round the world" and you are trying to find a recipe for Uganda... GROUNDNUT KASHATAS may be made by following the directions above but using roasted unsalted peanuts, chopped or whole, instead of coconut. Or you may wish to use half peanuts and half coconut for GROUNDNUT AND COCONUT KASHATAS. In Tanzania Kashatas are a great favorite in the market place and in Tanzanian homes they are served at tea time instead of cakes or cookies.

    Who doesn't love these???

    Recipe #286010

This recipe comes from the latest issue of Canadian Living magazine. I haven't made them but I hope you'll let the kiddies help you make these chocolate nests for those decorated Easter eggs!

    Recipe #88548

Rich, sweet little bite for snacks or desserts, serve them on a tray with chocolate-covered strawberries, truffles, and other "bites". From "Diabetes Cooking for Eveyone, by Carol Gelles.

Nestle's recipe.....I prefer Ghiradelli chips these days.

    Recipe #451718

From Chatelaine Food Express Quickies. I was surprised when I couldn't find this recipe in the data base. It's so quick and simple to make.

This recipe is easy to make and popular in Iraq since one of the things that Iraq is famous for is dates. We have lots of varieties and kinds of dates from chewy to very hard. It is better to use this recipe with hard type of dates (called kasab) not soft, but you could use soft dates if you didn't find hard dates. Sometimes Ii use already-crushed dates from the market and it goes well too. There are lots of varieties for the coating of the truffles, use as many coatings as you like according to your personal taste.

These are much like the butterfinger candy bars you can buy at most stores. These are easy to make and fun for kids

Marzipan that can be "molded" into the little fruit, veggie shapes.

    Recipe #12104

This is after testing 3 recipes and averaging them plus Ghiradelli and scaling to 1 lb chocolate. It can be varied with Amaretto rolled in toasted almond, Gran Marnier rolled in your choice, peppermint oil rolled in candy cane, toasted pecans inside and out, toasted walnuts inside and out, tart cherries (if dry reconstitute in orange juice) rolled in your choice or other creative things.

    Recipe #451719

This no-cook candy tastes somewhat like the inside of a Reese's peanut butter cup. It can be eaten on its own, or crumbled as a topping for ice cream or cake. (There is also a brazilian beef dish which people in the north of the country call "paçoca". It's more broadly known as paçoca de pilão to distinguish it from this candy.) Manioc is also known as cassava.
