A quick and tasty way I cook tomatoes on the BBQ. The ingredient quantities are not all that precise - just add to your own taste.

I like jerk chicken but often don't have all the exotic ingredients. This simplifies the mix by using dry italian dressing. Yummy on the Grill!

This is a refreshing Cuban drink. It's hard to stop drinking these on a hot summers day. I made these for the fourth of July and we went on to 3 yes 3 pitchers! If you don't have a muddle stick try a mortar and pestle or the end of a wooden rolling pin. Please use fresh lime if you cannot go ahead and try the already bottled lime juice but if you do think about that when you rate this recipe! I did both and there's nothing like fresh! Same goes for the fresh mint if you need to you can use frozen but I DON'T recommend extract. And for the sugar real granular is what helps muddles the lime and extract the mint oils from the leaves.

This goes well with any meat or poultry or as part of a buffet or meatless meal. Seems a natural blend of flavours especially with the goat cheese! from The Lighthearted cookbook - Anne Lindsay

I love these easy, uncomplicated sandwiches! I found this recipe in a newspaper, I don't remember which one.

Our favorite pasta salad chock-full of things we love! Can be made without the shrimp, but with the shrimp you've only got to add a loaf of crusty bread for a perfect make-ahead summer meal. Cooking time includes 1 hour cooling and 1 hour chilling time.

This is a quick but impressive meal with a taste different to most other pasta dishes I know.

    Recipe #30785

This super tasty recipe came from a co-worker who's wealthy family always made sure to serve this at their fancy summer parties. It is a snap to put together, making it perfect for families who want a meal in a hurry, or the host of party who wants something spectacular that won't keep them in the kitchen instead of with their guests. Either way, you will get the same rave reviews that I have over the years.

    Recipe #104630

I received this recipe from a friend a few years ago and have made it every summer when I have fresh tomatoes and basil from my garden. It's easy and very good, even the next day.
