A refreshing taste of summer in a bowl. :) 2 WW points per serving

    Recipe #305080

A refreshing fruit salad that is especially good at breakfast. If you prep it the evening before, don't add the mint until morning or it just kind of bitter. Yes, I learned that the hard way. ;) 1 WW point per serving.

    What's not to love?!?!?!

    Recipe #236082

Very refreshing summer hit. Got this recipe from a friend who used a combo of fruits to make fruit punch lemonade. The main recipe called for strawberries and I use fresh lemons. Use whatever you have on hand or the easiest.

    Recipe #61690

Wonderfully good Strawberry Granita. This is quick and easy to make and tastes wonderful. One of my favorite summertime desserts. Adopted from Cooking Light. Cooking time does not include freezing time.

    Recipe #303809

I whipped up this salad when I was making dinner for a date and it got rave reviews! Also works great as a main dish when you add grilled chicken.

From "365 Low-Calorie Recipes" by Sylvia Schur and Dr. Vivian Schulte,R.D. I doubled the recipe which was originally for 1 serving.

    Recipe #121837

This is a refreshing drink, especially for those who do not drink alcoholic beverages.

    Recipe #82525

A crisp salty pretzel crust complements the creamy marshmallow-fluff-like "white" layer, with a tangy topping of strawberries in gelatin. Much like a strawberry cheesecake, but with the surprise of pretzels! For best results, make Strawberry Pretzel Jell-O only one day in advance, to preserve the crunchy texture of the pretzels.

This is a great drink to get you going in the morning.

    Recipe #119316

One of my favorite lunches. I think Dannon's Le Creme yogurt is the closest to the yogurt in McDonald's fruit and yogurt parfait.

    Recipe #115490

I'm hoping I can use fresh strawberries in this too. Yield is a guess.

    Recipe #122555

From a recipe handout I got when I went picking strawberries. Moist and delicious! It taste like a strawberry cream cheese danish. It's easier than some recipes since the cream cheese is mixed into the batter and not used as a separate layer. You could also serve it as a dessert with ice cream on top like a cobbler.
