I love these on a warm summery day, they are so easy to make and great if you are stuck for a dessert, they look great and have only 4 ingredients. You can play around with this recipe by using different fruits etc.

    Recipe #348452

From a recipe handout I got when I went picking strawberries. Moist and delicious! It taste like a strawberry cream cheese danish. It's easier than some recipes since the cream cheese is mixed into the batter and not used as a separate layer. You could also serve it as a dessert with ice cream on top like a cobbler.

I make this cake at least once every summer, when fresh strawberries are in season. It's delicious! I found the recipe in a cook book titled, "A World of Baking".

    Recipe #36970

This was found in one of my parenting magazines. I love fruit dip and this has quickly become one of our favorite ways to dip fruit!

    Recipe #122347

A very delicious and refreshing dessert on a hot summer evening!

There is not much to say about this recipe. If you love chocolate and strawberries, try it. :)

    Recipe #29413

I've been hanging on an old magazine recipe clipping for years. Finally, I made this recipe and, WOW, it's great. I used jumbo strawberries, but you can also use regular-size strawberries. Serve an appetizer or a dessert! The filling is not overly sweet, and you can add powdered sugar to taste if you want a sweeter cheese mixture. I've found that there's more than enough filling for 12 medium-large strawberries. If you don't have time to pipe the filling, you can serve it in a bowl as a dip.

A lovely accompaniment to Neiman Marcus Monkey Bread #67045 or any other white bread. From the Houston Chronicle.

    Recipe #67046

These are too pretty to eat! Fortunately, they're also delicious! The phyllo baskets make for a whimsical presentation. The strawberries and lemon curd are natural partners.

This is a fantastic cake, prep time includes baking the cake and refigeration time --- you can use white cake in place of the strawberry if desired :)

Another version of my sunrise smoothie. Hopefully this one will be as popular.

From my My Great Recipes, using frozen strawberries, this is one of my favorite summertime treats. One hour in the freezer for best results.

    Recipe #277655

This is a very simple and delicious salad to make, especially in the summer. My family does not like spinach very much, but they love this dish. Also great to take to pot luck or church dinners as it is a "different" salad. The secret is to find the pale green fresh baby spinach leaves as opposed to the larger, tough, dark green ones in a bag! Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

This is strawberry-shortcake-mixed-together! Quite delicious, especially on a warm summer evening. It can also be made in a Bundt pan (very lightly sprayed with Pam) served with frozen strawberries (thawed) and cream.
