Here's what she says"Pick up an organic bag of frozen strawberries and blueberries at the Payless in Micronesia Mall or Simply Foods, buy bananas and papaya at a fruit stand or pick them straight from a tree, and substitute the coconut milk and water for fresh coconut flesh and water if you don't mind the extra effort. Delicious as is or put in the freezer for a short while for a fruit sorbet! "
