Hibiscus tea contains vitamin C and minerals and some studies have indicated that it may help lower bad cholesterol and high blood pressure. It’s quite acidity, containing as much as 30% organic acids. It has a rather tart flavor so agave or honey is used to sweeten. I used Prosecco keep the bight red magenta color. Or even better is a Rosa Regal by Banfi for a pretty color as well if not better because it's unique red sparkling wine is aromatically hinted of rose petals and raspberries, Complementing the hibiscus!

This is a romantic, seductive, rich, lush and thick, soft, chocolate covered berries! NOT a bite and crunch covered berries! Great for feeding your LOVED ONES. I've also cut a slice into the strawberry and put it onto a rim of my recipe #49905. You can decorate the top of a decadent chocolate cake with them.

Quick Pick me up or Breakfast! The bananas (with skin on) I freeze when they start to ripen and have a lot extra. Just cut skin away when ready to use. The skin will be black but the meat will be fine. I also have berries frozen to make shakes when needed.

A Quote from http://www.womens-menopause-health.com/perimenopause_symptoms.htm "This is a great recipe for women on the go. The yogurt and milk provide almost half the daily calcium requirement for menopausal women and contains a healthy dose of Omega 3 fatty acids. Flaxseed oil, when used regularly, is shown to decrease your risk of heart disease and certain cancers while promoting mental functioning."For an extra boost, add spirulina, blue green algae, wheat or barley grass powders.

This is a quick, no cook easy delish recipe. Great for unexpected guests! Any berries can be use. If short on berries slice instead of using whole and place on pudding to make go farther. Liqueur can be skipped but preserves should be heated in micro to make into a spreading consistency.

Tes Leches translates to 3 milks which make this so very moist! I add hazelnut creamer to the 3 milks so I thought I should name it Cuatro Leches. You will not be disappointed. This looks hard but is a very easy cake and well worth it.

What a way to bring in the spring and summer? You'll find yourself at the dinner table going for this in place of anything else. ;) In mine I left it whole for presentation but it would better if cut as directed and tossed with rest of ingredients. can be served room temperature or chilled for those hot days.
