I call this cheaters minestrone because it's not quite the real thing but it is really tasty. Even the kids love it! The bean and bacon soup lend a nice subtle smoky flavor to it with just the right amount of beans. If you have a piece of Parmesan rind reserved, throw it in! Slice through the bacon before frying and you will save yourself even more time!

    Recipe #285532

From Weight Watchers, "Make it in Minutes". Very tasty and very easy to make! I have made it with both fat-free & regular half & half. Works well with either.

A delicious version of this popular Italian soup. Adding the sausage (regular or turkey) makes it a satisfying meal if served with a nice warm baguette.

    Recipe #38088

This is more of a concept than an actual measured out recipe. It is how I like to use up Thanksgiving dinner leftovers. I can only have so many turkey sandwiches before I hurl.

    Recipe #190733

From the Mayo Health Organization. This soup is intended for use in casseroles. It is low in fat and sodium.

    Recipe #18157

A great way to use all those fresh tomatoes. It can be frozen and reheated with great results.

Another fabulous recipe from Use fresh, ripe tomatoes for a full flavour. This low-cal, heartwarming soup is great served with freshly toasted crusty bread.

    Recipe #34998

This is the tomato soup the canned soup companies dream of. Can be made with Italian style or grape tomatoes.

    Recipe #39134

I made this for lunch yesterday, with some beautiful tomatoes my mother gave me. YUM! We had it with grilled cheese sandwiches. Heaven in a bowl! I hope you like it as much as I did!

Wonderful when you have alot of tomatoes from the garden! Cook time is chill time

    Recipe #69505

I found this on the web some time ago--I don't have the source. I've made it a couple of times and liked it...the cloves are a suprising ingredient, but they really make for a different-tasting take on tomato soup. Hope you like this!

    Recipe #72097

I love tomatoes. I grew 20 different types of tomatoes this summer. I also went a little crazy with bell peppers. I came up with this recipe and boy is it good! Grill cheese sandwiches and soup, Oh my gosh!

    Recipe #105918

I love tomatoes, so I made this up when tomatoes were really cheap. It is good to freeze too

    Recipe #113957

Now that the garden's in, this is what's for dinner. The recipe is a little tedious, but so worth the effort. It was taken from the internet years ago. Enjoy!
