Hearty, easy one dish meal that cooks itself while you're gone. Serve with salad and bread, and you have a whole meal.

    Recipe #30018

This is a really easy and good soup. Add more beef broth if looking for a very beefy taste and thicken up with cornstarch & beef broth. My family just loves this dish and ask for it frequently. The main thing to remember is to NOT STIR the soup until close to the end of cooking time.

This is a hearty winter soup and makes a great leftovers (if there's any left). I altered a recipe from a box of barley to suit my family's taste. It's a great cold winter day meal.

    Recipe #65332

Aside from being a very healthy soup, it is made up of ingredients that I always have on hand. That makes it very inexpensive! Plus, if you do not drizzle with the cream, on WW it is also free.

A mexican style beef stew. You can also serve this over rice or noodles, but I prefer it on tortillas like a burrito. This doubles and freezes well.

    Recipe #78870

This recipe is from a Weight Watchers meeting. It is so quick -- I ate it daily when I was on maternity leave with my second son. If I am making it for the week, I just empty the cans into a plastic container and warm up 1 serving in the microwave. I have also made it using frozen corn and mixed vegetables. Those who enjoy this may also be interested in #57009 - "5 cans and a jar".

    Recipe #50338

Lots of flavour. Pure comfort food. I found the original recipe in Canadian Living magazine.

I don't remember where this recipe came from. It's a good one, especially if you love that roasted garlic flavor, and I'd love to give proper credit.
