This is a fabulous breakfast juice or pre-dinner drink - it's a non-alcoholic version of the more potent "bloody Mary" cocktail. If you're short on time, you can substitute 300ml bottled or canned tomato juice for the tomatoes and omit the salt.
With a twist...
Sambuca mocha ole: Replace the white Sambuca with black Sambuca. Add 1 tablespoon cocoa powder to the ingredients in the cocktail shaker in step 1. Shake until well combined. Serve immediately.
Prep: 20 mins (+ 1 hour macerating and 4 hours or overnight cooling time)
This cheesecake can be made to the end of step 4 up to 1 day ahead. If you would like to serve the cheesecake chilled, allow to cool, then cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge
