This is my off the top of my head Tuna Salad which is GREAT for sandwiches :D I love Deli Tuna Sandwiches and for me this is a little less mayo version of it.

    Recipe #233714

Okay, I took this recipe from another member and adjusted some things after so many times of making.

    Recipe #505271

As the title indicates, this is the low fat version of Fecipe #113620 for those of us who are watching what we eat. It does lose a bit in the translation, but it is still quite tasty and highly enjoyable.

    Recipe #241538

I make this as an appetizer for dinner parties all the time. It's delicious and easy.

    Recipe #212129

Nutritional yeast is a godsend for folks who are vegan or those dairy-intolerant. I think this recipe gives traditional Caesar salad dressings a run for their money. Nutritional yeast is available in bulk in well-stocked grocery stores. I forgot the recipe source!?

    Recipe #143126

This is the simplest and best tasting vegan cheese sauce recipe we've found. We got it from our cousin Diana P. who got it from who knows where. We like it best for nachos. It works well for mac'n'cheese as well as enchiladas or any recipe that calls for a cheese sauce.

If you like liver I think you'll like this recipe. I like to serve them over wide buttered noodles

    Recipe #31868

The base of this recipe came from the grocery, changed it up a bit. Hope you enjoy.

    Recipe #473819

Based on a recipe by Vegancoach.com. These are crunchy and delicious.

Good on chicken breasts or fish.

    Recipe #388148

This sortof came from a Ragu jar...modified a bit. I use the Shirataki tofu noodles, but you can certainly use regular noodles here. This makes a nice filling dinner, served with a salad and garlic toast.

    Recipe #272246

This is from the SLIMLINES column of one of the Thursday magazines{of the week June 3-9' 04}. Enjoy!

    Recipe #114533

It was a classic case of too much month left at the end of my money and I was in a pinch for what to serve for dinner. These are all things we had on hand and the assembly was super quick (I like that!) and the family loved it (I like that even better!) If you've not sprouted lentils before, it couldn't be easier, but it does take a 2-3 day lead time. See Sharon123's recipe #204489 for instructions and tips. Thanks again Sharon for the inspiration to sprout!

Fresh tasting summer rolls with a peanut dipping sauce. Can also be served with soy sauce.

    Recipe #108238

My all time favorite Indian dish - Chicken Tikka Masala. Since my vegan conversion, this is one meal I surely thought, I'd never have again. Thanks to the folks at Gardein, their 'chicken scallopini' makes this carnivorous dish, 100% vegan friendly!

    Figure friendly jalapeno poppers.

    Recipe #164823

Taken from the Weight Watcher's Quick & Easy series, this recipe truly is and it's delicious! This is the only recipe that I enjoy mushrooms in and the kids love it too.

    Recipe #412338

If you are not on the WW program you might want to adjust amounts to taste, for Weight Watchers this dish is 8 servings/3 points each :)

    Recipe #206594

This makes such a nice side dish. I even like it cold as a salad the next day! 06/28/08 - UPDATE!! As I have already said, I like this for a salad too. Today I added some chopped egg whites, chopped black olives, some scallions (green and white). I then tossed with one tbls each of EVOO and red wine vinegar. Realllllly good! 07/24/08 - ANOTHER UPDATE! Wow, instead of using the fresh garlic, use roasted! I had several bulbs roasting while I was making dinner. They smelled SOOO good and that is when I figured it could only make this dish better. Just leave out the minced garlic and when the dish is finished, stir in about five squeezed out chopped cloves and then serve. YUM! 07/29/08 - STILL ANOTHER UPDATE! I have really gotten on the quinoa bandwagon. Put together two more recipes, so if you like quinoa as much as me, take a look. I'm not bragging, just sharing a good thing....recipe#316192 and recipe#316159.
