I found this recipe online when I was looking for something to do with my Swai fillets. Swai is similar to catfish with its white flesh, but has a milder flavor and more delicate texture. The recipe came from Milk & Honey Naturals. The fish stayed nice and tender (not dry at all) and the broiling at the end crisped up the bacon nicely.

A wonderful Latin salsa the incorporates raw, or actually "citrus seared" fish. It is extremely healthy and delicious! AND easy to make!

    Recipe #426410

This easy saute uses one pan and is ready in under 30 minutes but the result is wonderful. A real taste of spring with the asparagus and lemon. Adapted from Fine Cooking magazine.

Cod or any firm white fish prepared this way is excellent! The toppings really add a nice flavor to the fish. It's a staple in my recipe collection for variation. Give it a try!

Jazz up your tuna melt with a raisins and celery. Sharp cheddar is essential, as is horseradish. Yogurt instead of mayo makes it tangy-er and lighter.

    Recipe #224875

From Family Circle, "A melting pot of traditions go into Creole dishes French, Spanish, African and Native American originating in the Louisiana Bayou." Adapted slightly.

This is a delicious recipe, and one I have enjoyed many times. It would make an excellent appetizer for entertaining as well as a great dinner idea!

I came up with this shrimp scampi recipe by trying different things. Over time, it eventually evolved into this. This is a butter-and-garlic lover's delight, and my favorite way to make shrimp. Enjoy.

A simple garlic shrimp that makes a wonderful weeknight meal or a great dinner for company. Serve with rice or pasta and a green salad.

    Recipe #222890

So tasty, like it has cheese sauce or dairy. I serve this with a salad on the side. This is a personal recipe I created.

I've been growing swiss chard lately, and it is abundant. I've been going through a bunch of recipes with it, and just love the stuff. This is a modification of my other swiss chard and salmon recipe, using canned salmon. if you're a vegetarian, by all means omit the salmon. It is still delicious. If you are a vegetarian this is a pretty cheap meal. It can of course be dressed up with fresh salmon for guests too.

    Recipe #427918

Canned salmon gets this meal on the table in about half an hour. Recipe is from Pillsbury.

Cooking your supper in paper keeps it juicy and full of flavour - and saves on washing up!

    Recipe #438644

This is divine! A must have for get-togethers, picnics or just as a treat for yourself or your family! I like to serve my own salsa with this,, although there are tomatoes and just about everything you'd need to make salasa! lol I'm just a salsa person! I like this so much, I even put this on a piece of bread, the small, party loaves. You could also toast a couple of slices of bread, take the crusts off, and put a little on those as appetizers! Yummy!!!

This is an EXCELLENT and easy tuna recipe. It's perfect for grilling on those warm summer nights.

    Recipe #9773

My late and great baby sister and I shared a lot of things, food being one of them. She was a life-long vegetarian, yet found and cooked so very many wonderful dishes for us "flesh-eaters". She appreciated that we all have different tastes and march to different drummers. This is one of her delicate and tasty creations.
