Wonderful stuff!! Definately not for weight loss. Don't be afraid of all that garlic, it really mellows with the cooking and is delicious.

I don't know if this is Cracker Barrel's actual hash browns casserole recipe, but it is close. This recipe can feed a large crowd and is good for a brunch.

This is one of my family's all time favorite mushroom recipes, you can double the recipe, I have left the garlic as optional if you are a garlic lover I suggest to add in and you may adjust the amount to taste --- you will love this! :)

This is so-o-o good. We don't eat potatoes very often, bu this is worth going off the diet for. Try serving with a nice prime rib roast. Another favorite from Bobby Flay.

This is without a doubt, the best potato salad I have ever had. I make it mostly in the summer when I BBQ but you could make it anytime. It looks fussy but really quite easy to make and just delicious.
