    supremely chewy rich bar

    Recipe #494192

a twist on an old favorite

    Recipe #490855

    From vegetarian times Dec 2011

    Recipe #486306

I wish I had a picture of this! It looks so cool when finished - just like an orange slice but instead of fruit in the middle there is jello! Beautiful! This makes taking jello shots much easier too - no messy squishing out of little paper cups. Great for any party! Feel free to experiment with different fruits and jello flavors! Lemons with pink lemonade jello is great as well.

    Recipe #475237

For this recipe, use a crisp, fiber-packed apple like Lady Apple, Cortland, or Gala. The roasted sweet potatoes are loaded with beta-carotene.

    Recipe #489300

Made this one up myself from random things in the pantry - I was craving a nice light asian meal on a hot day and this is what I got! This is exteremely versatile: pick your favorite protein and run with it. Also feel free to add any pre-cooked veggies of your choosing. Really, this is just a base for any number of great meals.

    Recipe #452662

From What's Cookin, Chicago? Feel free to substitute basil for spinach - I did, then added some wilted spinach into the pasta later. Delicious!

    Recipe #463643

Great way to use up bunches of spinach. Amazingly creamy without the cream. From Perry's Plate

    Recipe #484712

I made this up, inspired by a recipe from Food and Wine. While this looks like a lot of vinegar, don't worry! By boiling it, the acidity goes away and a thick, semi-sweet/savory syrup is left.

    Recipe #481847

This is sandwich from my gradschool, USC that I've tweeked to my loving. Not the healthiest, but I can't resist!

    Recipe #484652

Notice that crunchy, granola crust on the bottom? See that soft, crumbly, granola topping clinging on to the lemony cream center? I'm telling you right now, double up, because these creamy lemon oat bars won't last long.

    Recipe #486280

These are a small soft cookie from Martha Stewart.

    Recipe #469734

This could also be called a no-bake cheesecake. Wonderful and elegant Valentine's or summer dessert. When my roommate first tried this, she promptly requested that this be made every year for her birthday. That good! Adapted from Just Putzing Around the Kitchen blog. *If you have a deep dish pie pan, you might want to 1 1/2 or double this.

    Recipe #474395

    Inspired by Trader Joe's

    Recipe #485082

From Smittenkitchen.com, originally adapted from David Schuttenberg. This is just a basic vegetarian filling for tacos and I strongly encourage you to add on all of your favorite toppings (hot sauce, avocado, crema, salsa, etc)

    Recipe #461794

Passed along to me by a family friend. This is equally good but very different with goat cheese or cheddar cheese.

    Recipe #465165

    From Tasty Kitchen

    Recipe #461848

These are a flat, chewy chocolate cookie with a pool or gooey peanut butter marbled in the middle! Yield is a guess..sorry!

    Recipe #473519

This is like Mexican street corn on the cob but easier to eat and whip up and it serves as a great side for any Mexican entree or with potatoes and eggs for breakfast.Trader Joe's sells delicious pre-roasted corn in their frozen aisle

    Recipe #472489

Hahah my friend gave me this recipe and in lack of any other name, she put this as the email subject line. Works for me :) Just a fair warning: make sure you like goat cheese before making this recipe as it is definitely the predominate taste.
