I totally agree and for this reason have no earthly idea how many servings it makes! Depends on how much you can eat! LOL Especially good to anyone who likes the salty-sweet combination.     A retro recipe that stands the test of time. These little round beauties are the highlight of any get together. Hard boil the egg, slice in 6 slices, (I use a egg slicer) top with salt & pepper, (I use a course ground pepper) dollop each slice with a zesty bit (about 1/4 tsp or more if you like) ketchup and Tabasco, and slide on to the Ritz. A smooth, but slightly salty and most definitely zesty bit of wonder right onto your taste buds.

    Adapted from a recipe I found on the UKTV FOOD website. This is a great lunch box alternative to sandwiches, and one that children could easily make for themselves. Except perhaps mixing the yoghurt with the cinnamon and honey. Or you could enjoy this as light meal or as a side-salad. I'd suggest Granny Smiths or Fuji apples. For some reason, Zaar wouldn't allow me to include this information in the ingredients. I left intact - from the original recipe - the virtuous low fat natural yogurt alternative but if you’re more interested in flavour than in being totally virtuous, especially if you've never tried it, use divinely creamy Greek yoghurt and don't forget the cinnamon and honey! Anyway, if you were totally virtuous, you undoubtedly wouldn’t be eating cheese at all!

    Another one of my no-flame-required, kid-friendly recipes. I remember making these in my after school program in grade school and loving them. They are a great wholesome activity for kids parties...just make sure an adult slices the apples. My favorite Apples to use are Pink Lady because the tart flavor is a nice compliment to the Peanut Butter. For a healthier variation, use cubed Slightly Green Bananas instead of Marshmallows...ripe bananas may be mushy. If you are worried about Peanut Butter allergies, substitute Cashew Nut butter as it is far less common to be allergic to.

    A fruit wrap infused with all the great flavor of a PB&J sandwich. A favorite of mine that I made to have as a quick lunch in college. I'm thinking of trying other fruits like kiwi or blackberries in place of strawberries to see if they're just as great as this combination. Or if you're feeling more adventurous, you could try changing the type of jam.

    Kids love to make these and they are so good too! Take these camping or for a pot luck. Just cut them into fourths. DO NOT GIVE TO CHILDREN UNDER ONE YEAR OF AGE, unless you omit the honey.
