This came from Recipe Goldmine. We don't have a Jack in the box here-so I can't compare it, all I know is my DS's LOVED it.
I recieved a message from Melinda/re: this recipe.
This recipe belongs to Todd Wilbur (Top Secrets)
I wasn't aware of this when I posted this copycat years ago.
This smoothie was on the menu at Ruby Tuesdays when I bartended there. It was very popular! The measurements may not be exactly as theirs, but this is the way I remember making it. They are so good and very healthy!
This is an amazingly refreshing smoothie made of starawberries, blueberry yogurt, blueberries, orange juice and ice. My newest creation to cure my early pregnancy cravings. You could do anything to this recipe, try different yogurts, and flavored orange juice.
Printed this recipe from Better Homes & Gardens site, and it is so good! I chop up any unused banana or ones that are getting too ripe and toss them in the freezer so i have them on hand when i want one of these.Buy a frozen triple berry mix and you are all set! You can use regular orange juice or i have even tried using the Tropicana blends(such as the tropical blend,Peach&Mango etc....) I whip them up for a healthy addition to my little ones breakfasts or snack and they love them! Have also served to brunch/breakfast guests and they have been very well received.
My sister received this recipe from a friend, because she was having trouble falling asleep at night. The friend told my sister if she drank this shake before going to bed, it would help her fall asleep. My sister swears by it! I don't have trouble falling asleep, so I can't say if it really works, but it taste great! :)
