Beautiful and delicious, this incredibly moist roasted Chicken puts Kenny Roger's Roasters, Boston Market, and other rotisserie style chickens to shame! Please don't let the word "overnight" mislead you; for actual hands-on preparation, this is a Quick-N-Easy way to impress Sunday dinner guests!

    Recipe #8782

This recipe comes from Prevention Magazine. It was about how to boost your fat burn. Green tea gives your metabolism an extra jolt and so give this a try for those of you who are breakfast skippers. Or for those of us who just like these flavor combinations:-)

I went to our local flea market and bought a huge cantalope for $1 and a big bag of fresh, ripe peaches for $3, so what to do? I went home and made up this delicious smoothie! I hope you enjoy as much as I did! The amounts are approximate, so feel free to be creative. I sprinkled the peaches with the sugar and let sit for awhile in the fridge before blending. This makes 2 very large smoothies.

DD#3 loves cantaloupe...this one was for her. Make sure to use a ripe cantaloupe for the best flavor. I always just mix in a tall glass with my stick blender.

Found this over at a popular weight loss site and definitely want to try it. For just 2 points, you can have a wonderful tropical treat.

I recently lost 40 pounds at Weight Watchers! While there, two women were bragging about a smoothie that they had made, tried, and love. Even the meeting leader was hesitant- because the recipe sound horrible! But I tried it, and fell in love. I hope you have the courage to try this out- please let me know what you think!

We came into a trove of peaches recently and I'm having a wonderful time using them up on various recipes. Today I created a delicious smoothie. You could probably use nectarines in this recipe as well. I used my Vita-Mix Blender so all the fruit and pulp would liquefy.

On weekends my hubby and I like to start our morning with a smoothie of some sort. This morning I decided something with a mocha base would be nice for a change. The flavor of this drink was very subtle and very delicious. I didn't need to add any sweetener as the bananas were sweet enough. Note: It is best to cut the banana up in slices before freezing.

This is a great smoothie to add to your morning routine...countless variations can be made by using different fruits and fresh greens. Use what you have on hand, or what you may have a surplus of in the fridge. Citrus fruits and greens are the magic combo, as fruits high in Vit C help your body absorb more iron from the greens.Lemon and lime juice are great alkalizers, and enhances the taste of the smoothie. Add stevia or coconut nectar if needed. I like using frozen LOW GI fruits to keep the smoothie cold without adding ice (papaya, pears, apple) ! Try adding a combination of the fruits listed, not all are necessary each time-if you are in a hurry try just one or two fruits (pineapple and papaya have the most enzymes so I try to keep these on hand).

Just learning how to eat right and came up with these ingredients. Don't care for Bananas in it, maybe next time I will try just strawberry. Taste good though. Hope you enjoy :)

These are wonderful. Creamy and sweet and super healthy! Feel free to add one whole mango to the concoction (but then I usually add 6 oz mango juice and 6 oz water because I don't like mine super sweet).
