This is my favorite way to eat greens. You don't cook them for too long, so they retain most of their nutrients, too.

We've got a new local dairy (in such a small country, local also means national), that makes some of the best cheeses (and soy milk and soy puddings). This recipe really showcases their ricotta and feta cheeses. This is a great vegetarian dish to serve, we usually have some kind of variation after the Yom Kippur fast day. I also like to add some za'atar in with the oregano.

The secret to my spanakopita is 3 kinds of onion - red onion, spring onions and leek. If you are lacking one, just add more of the others, but this is the 'secret ingredient' to an excellent pie. Enjoy!

This is the best quiche recipe! It so quick and easy to make. There are a lot less carbohydrates then a regular quiche (with a crust) and it tastes better too!

    Recipe #49647

I have a problem with my middle child eating vegetables. He seems to have an aversion to 'green'. This is one way to get him to eat his spinach and the whole family loves it, too.

    Recipe #62370

This is a lovely supper dish. A delicious way to serve spinach and great for vegetarians! Very easy to put together.

If your family is sitting on the fence about spinach, you will want to give this recipe a try! This casserole will melt in your mouth and will convince your family that spinach should be served much more often! This is a "Company Worthy" recipe that will satisfy the most discriminating. Hope you enjoy it!

If you like spinach, you may want to give this a try. Love the bacon and balsamic vinegar flavor.

When I'm having an 'Italian' cooking night, I love to make this. It was originally from an Australian Womens Weekly 'Italian' cook book. I've used both fresh & frozen spinach and works fine either way. This is great as a starter to an Italian meal or themed dinner. Serves 4 as a meal with a salad, herb or garlic bread or Serves 6 as an entrée (starter) to a main meal.

One of my favourites, it's also mom's favourite and my late grandmom's as well.

    Recipe #14886

I was originally given this gratin recipe by a friend, and it was delicious. But, I couldn't leave well enough alone and have tweaked the recipe this way and that, and I really think it's fantastic - you let me know.

    Recipe #109008

This is one of our favorites! I love the combination of the crispy puff pastry crust and the delicious spinach and cheese filling. This recipe works well with mushrooms too.

The classic "Summer Rolls" of Vietnam. Who can resist these?

    Recipe #34464

For spinach lovers, this makes a delicious side dish to an Indian meal, or can be served with rice or Indian breads.
