From Reynolds Wrap, I've been making these for years and they always turn out! You can easily change the spices to suit your tastes! I've always made them on the grill, but directions are provided for the oven as well.
These are soooo good! Do not be afraid of the jalapeno, they do not end up at all spicy. (in fact, I often add more then one!)
You will never go back to boring mashed potatoes again! I got this recipe from allrecipes, and was shocked that it has not been posted here.
This comes from the March 2008 issue of Bon Apetit that featured "The Perfect Potato". Capers, a common ingredient in traditional Sicilian cooking, give this gratin a tangy, briny flavor.Serve alongside whole roasted fish, roast pork, or roasted chicken.
This recipe has grown into one of my favorite side dishes; and I started out not even liking sweet potatoes! This has changed my opinion forever! Adapted from a Honey Baked Ham recipe I picked up years ago.
My fave Chinese restaurant has the BEST lo mein I ever put across my lips. It's simple, cheap, and very filling if you need that kinda dish. This can be made for literally pennies and everyone will appreciate this because it can be dressed up or dressed down. Cook and prep times approximate.
A method I have been using for over 30 years, you will never boil corn in just water again once you try this, this method produces a very tender and sweet corn on the cob, I promise! --- do not add in any salt to the water as it will make the corn tough
The broccoli is slowly caramelized to bring out its sweetness, then enlivened with a squeeze of lemon and a pinch of crushed red pepper.... Fast, healthy, vegetarian and totally delicious!! Even broccoli haters will enjoy this dish!
