This is one of my favorite rice recipes. I don't recall where I got it, but it was somewhere online. What I especially like about it, is how very easy it is to make, and the rave reviews it never fails to get!

This is a wonderful easy recipe that I picked up at the grocery store's demonstrations counter. These potatoes are seriously tasty! I had never heard of everglades seasoning before I made this so if you can't find it I would just season with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and some dried thyme.

I am always looking for new variations for the humble potato. This one is bright and colourful and tastes good, especially served with grilled chicken. I like the flavour of the mascarpone cheese but if it is hard to find, you could use cream cheese.

Potatoes are comfort food But when you add Lavender to it and you have real comfort food! Lavender and rosemary are a match made in heaven. Use together or alone. Your choice. You can throw fresh garlic into the potatoes when boiling in place of roasting them for ease. Almost as good as roasted garlic. To bring it over the top try it topped with Recipe #243288.

This was a recipe shown on "Ten Dollar Meals". Looked to so simple but tasty, so posting for safe keeping. I made this and liked it made the way it was but felt it could be a little more flavorful. Next time I am going to try using beef stock and add more seasoning to it while it is cooking. Definitely use several shallots and probably add more butter to saute them in the beginning.

A well used recipe in my house-and so easy to make. It’s great as a side dish to a main meal, or as a topping on Cottage Pies and suchlike, or quite simply a good comforting supper dish all on its own with some good thick gravy to pour on top. Croquettes are delicious with steak and Recipe#292323 and strawberries dipped in chocolate. They should be shaped into patties and refrigerated ahead of time. The timing here does not include the chilling time. I have changed the directions about refrigerating the patties ahead and the number of patties after looking at the kind reviews. I do love this recipe and hope you do too.:)

They serve these at a local restaurant here in TX. This is NOT a casserole! These guys are dressed for dinner in their best jackets! The WHOLE potato, baked and split like a white baked potato. You just gotta try these to believe how simple and delish they really are! Enjoy!
