As good as fried and more healthy to boot!
Another recipe from Cuisine magazine. Delicious. We all know that the crispiest fries will always be deep fried but these come close and the flavor is outstanding.
Those lovely potatoes you can get at the diner but can't seem to make at home. So why are they called _home fries_ anyway? This recipe from Cook's Illustrated promises to produce a plateful of spuds that a short order cook would envy.
This is a simple recipe that is great by itself or along side hamburgers, hot dogs, steak or a tossed salad. You can adjust the seasonings, if you wish.
These waffle fries go great along side a nice juicy burger!
My kids love these fries.
Simply put, these are to die for. Loved by all ages and you don't even need ketchup! Zero clean up as well :)
