This recipe is from the Food Network, Licence to Grill. I have made them twice on the bbq but you could also cook them in the oven if you prefer. I don't think I removed the skin the 2nd time making these, just to save time. Make sure you remove the seeds and ribs well, these can be quite spicey.
This is a recipe I created by combining all the ingredients I liked in other Ceviche recipes. Turn out to be a hit! Everyone loves it. I make this ahead of time and take it out on our boat. Served in plastic cups. Remember to keep chilled. This can be served as elegant or casual as you like. I've served it in anything from plastic cups to Martini glasses or even in brandy glasses for a more special presentation. Cook time does not include marinating the shrimp.
I've been trying to get this recipe right FOREVER but I haven't been able to worm my way into the kitchen at Bonefish Grill just yet. They lie to me like the worst of ex-boyfriends. This is as close as I got, help me out here! It's a great recipe, just not quite the real deal. Reviews TOTALLY welcome.
This I posted as requested. I myself love thai food. And my DH loves it more. You can use any squid, shell fish, beef or chicken. Slice the meat thin for quick cooking if using the meat or chicken. Make it as spicy as you like. This is a fast cooking recipe. Serve with Jasmine rice or noodles.
The spicy tangy prawns are lovely served by themselves with some grilled lime wedges but I love the flavours of the salsa along with it.. so either way, it's delicious! Cooking time indicated includes marinating time.
I experienced the most wonderful broiled shrimp dinner at a local restaurant and created my version which is pretty darn close to their recipe. You will absolutely love these! Prep time includes cleaning and butterflying shrimp.
For something a little spicy...try this dish...If you like it hotter add more chile pepper, if you prefer it sweeter add more coconut ...One of those dishes that never quite taste the same twice...but always tastes great.
This recipe is an adoptee from the RecipeZaar account. I will repost here when I have tried the recipe. Rest assured that I won't change the recipe, though...it seems to be pretty popular as is. Enjoy! Source: tom Douglas
Recipe is originally from the Food Network courtesy of Rachael Ray, but I tweaked it to fit our tastes. Very quick & easy shrimp recipe that's done on the stovetop. If your tastes desire spicy & garlic, then this recipe is just for you.
