This sauce is so tasty and is great with chips or mash. I looked on zaar for a pepper steak recipe but only found stir-fry's with capsicum so I came up with my own. I have said that this recipe is for 2 servings because I have 1 steak and my fiance has 2. It also makes a lot of sauce which we like so you could easily cook another 1 or 2 steaks and still have enough sauce to cover them all as well as the chips.

Got this from another recipe site that will not allow us to give them credit, submitted by Kristin. Hands down the best steak marinade ever.

I love balsamic vinegar. Needed to marinate a London broil this is what I came up with.

This is the only way that I prepare steaks, now. Absolutely delicious!

    Recipe #109728

I found this recipe in our local newspaper. It produces a wonderfully flavored tender grilled steak. Cook time includes marinading.

Simple marinade for flank steak or other meat. It is great served with sauted onions and mushrooms, baked potatoes, and a green salad. (Bon Appetit, May 1984)

This is another yummy and easy steak recipe. It can be easily doubled or tripled making it perfect for company.

    Recipe #60362

This recipe is from Cooking Light magazine. It is also good on chicken breasts, shrimp, or pork tenderloin. I make the rub and cover the steaks with it before I stick them in the freezer for a make-ahead meal. When they are thawed they are ready to go straight to the grill.

A quick, easy and delicious recipe I found in the Chicago Tribune a while back. I serve this with steamed rice and a green salad.

Sweet and beef are a golden combination. Once cooked, you taste only the barest hint of sweetness, yet honey creates fabulous crustiness on the outside of the meat, while opening up all the bold beefiness in each mouthful. You get a hum of black pepper, while the alcohol in wine frees up every possible nuance of taste not touched by the honey. This marinade works with chicken, bold flavored seafood like tuna and mackerel, on lamb and pork. From The Splendid Table by Lynne Rossetto Kasper

If you like bleu cheese...you should love this easy meal. Prep time is the length of time to let the meat marinade as well as to create the final sauce. (This is a copykat with a few adjustments but for the life of me I don't know where I got it)!

    Recipe #120155

This recipe is sure to be a hit. It came from a lady I knew when I was in high school. It is my favorite dish to make. Just be careful while it's cooking, it's really easy to burn. My microwave time is different than in the recipe, it only takes mine to cook it in 30 to 35 minutes.

    Recipe #123445

This recipe makes amazingly great tasting, melt in your mouth, tenderloin! The onions and the sauce are a perfect accompaniment. I got this recipe from Kraft’s Food and Family Quarterly Magazine (Spring 2005). The recipe calls for Kraft products, however, I used all Organic products from various companies and it was perfect. These steaks can be served with small baked Sweet Potatoes and Simple Sautéed Asparagus, Peppers & Onions (Sautéed Confetti Asparagus) for a perfect meal!

    Recipe #113624

Nothing better than the 3 combined together.

My hubby LOVES bleu cheese, so as soon as I saw this in a little booklet about the Midwest, I knew he'd enjoy steak prepared like this! The original recipe called for 1/2 C. A1 Steak sauce for marinating, but since I didn't have any, I made up my own marinade. I offer here the excellent results.
