A friend gave me this recipe and I thought the combinationof the Sloppy Joe sauce and the soup was weird. I had all the ingredients in the house one day and figured I would give it a try. It was quite tasty.

This is a family favorite I adapted a little from a quick cooking recipe. Fast and easy we "argue" over who's favorite chicken it really is every time I make it.

This is very popular in our house. The kids love the strips they can eat with their fingers and dip into the gravy. They prefer to have french fries with this so they can dip them in the gravy, too. Most definitely a Texas (or Oklahoma) recipe - Southwestern U.S. NOTE: Although this isn't a low fat recipe, it doesn't contain anywhere near the amount indicated in the nutrition facts which include all the oil. If the oil is hot enough when you add the steak strips, it will absorb very little oil. Also, you can drain the cooked steak strips on paper towels to absorb more fat.

    Recipe #41171

A very easy pasta dish for busy evenings. I like it served with crusty bread (to dip in the sauce) and a tossed salad. I have even doubled the recipe and served it to guest on a casual evening.

This one is for mustard lovers only.

    Recipe #37494

A Bisquick recipe that is quick, easy and flavorful.

    Recipe #98796

This chicken is basted inside and out with the flavor of garlic-oregano butter. It's simple, with ingredients most people have on-hand, and it goes equally well with potatoes, rice, or pasta. A good weeknight meal!

    Recipe #25052

This recipe comes from Pampered Chef. It is so easy and so good. It goes with any grilled meat.

This recipe is from a magazine I read not too long ago. Since I had never heard of the word Lombardi, I did some 'research' and found that there is a restaurant called Lombardi's. Lombardi's claims to be America's oldest pizzeria (it opened in 1897 in New York). It is still popular because of its "beautiful, smoky-crusted pizza with fresh tomatoes and mozzarella. The genius of this pizza starts with the crust, which is black and crispy on the underside, but gives way to a wonderfully soft, yeasty interior." So, I'm pretty sure that this recipe was inspired by Lombardi's pizza! It is pretty spicy and doesn't taste 'pizza-y' but I like it!

This recipe is in about its third or fourth generation, passed down from Grandma to Mom to Me. It became my children's favorite, and now my grandchildren love it. It was a staple in each household, with or without the hamburger. The children named it "Belly Buster" because they always ate too much when we had it. Freezes well.
