This is the recipe I have been using for Macaroni and Cheese since the beginning of time! Truly a classic and a staple on our family table. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do. A great side dish to be served with my Meatloaf Barbecue Style!

    Recipe #30366

I make these for my Daddy's lunch quite a lot of the time, very simple and very nice.

Nothing fancy here.... Our 5 year old loves those Snackables, so I make my own rendition for his snack time at kindergarten. I like it better because I get to choose healthier options like real cheese and organic meats. I use the low sodium crackers or the whole wheat ones.

Entry for the Ready Set Cook #3 contest. This wrap makes a great take along lunch because there is no dressing to sog it up. The cumin Cream Cheese, sweetened with grated carrot is all the dressing needed. Wonderful crisp lunch!

There can be nothing more comforting then a pile of golden, crispy, crunchy roast potatoes! Roasties, as we call them in Great Britain, are traditionally served with Sunday Lunch - but, DON'T wait until Sunday to serve them, they are great with just about everything! I remember going to our local pub in North Yorkshire, and if the visiting darts team was playing, half way through the evening the landlady would come around with trays upon trays of crunchy, piping hot roasties - sprinkled with salt--unbelievably sublime! The secret to making perfect roast potatoes is simple; par-boil them first and give them a really good shake in the pan before placing them into SIZZLING HOT fat and turning them over. Serve them piping hot and crisp from the oven with lashings of gravy and sea salt, and they are a meal in themselves. Ingredient quantities are not by weight, but by potatoes per head - and a VERY generous amount as well! Please adjust the quantities to your suit own requirements.

My Dad didn't cook very often. Actually, I can only remember two things that he ever made. This is one of them. He always comes to mind when I make this. The best way to enjoy this (for me anyway) is while curled up in a big comfy chair. No juice, no coffee, no toast. Just me and memories of my Dad.

These healthy pancakes are a great way to start your day. They are thick and tender with a hint of honey and cinnamon. These can be frozen for a quick weekday breakfast, too. Recipe is from Healthy Cooking.

Keep these in the freezer for those busy morning!

Breadless and Delicious! Serve with fruit for a breakfast everyone is sure to love. Men and women both love this recipe.

    Recipe #42818

I started experimenting with breakfast ideas for my husband who is too busy at work to sit down for long to eat. The seasonings, cheese, meat and bread I have listed are just suggestions (my husband's preference). Add veggies if you like! The possibilities are endless! If you want to cut down on the meat and save some money, replace part of the sausage with textured vegetable protein. It will take on the flavor of the sausage and make it a little lower in fat. Just follow the directions on the TVP package to prepare. TVP is usually in the health food section at the store.

While searching for a great make ahead breakfast I tried this and it worked great! Hope you enjoy it too :)

I am well known for my pancakes so I am posting the recipe for others to enjoy them. They are so easy to make from scratch forget about premix! I make these every week for many years and it is still our favorite breakfast that we are looking forward to it! We like them with raspberries and blueberries.
