This is a delicious and easy preparation for trout; simply marinate for a bit in lime, thyme and garlic and grill, broil or saute as you normally would. It's refreshing and different. Prep time includes marinating.
Very easy and one of my favorite shrimp recipes. Makes enough for 2 moderate appetites. My husband could eat the entire thing by himself, so servings depend on your cooking audience. The recipe refers to this as an appetizer, but that just seems downright silly to me. Make sure you serve this with hot bread to soak up the sauce.
Russell made this for brunch for the two of us this morning. It is really a luxurious dish and could probably feed 3 or 4 people less greedy than us! The original recipe came from the net, but he has modified it quite a bit. I would also enjoy smaller sized pieces of this served just warm as fingerfood. Yum. Or served with a green salad for lunch.
Just adding, we have made this in a round pan too, and cut into wedges (see phot) this worked really well.
A fairly traditional Australian prawn cocktail recipe with the addition of some tomato and corn to garnish. It always tastes best if you use prawns just freshly cooked but then cooled in the fridge a while.
This is a fantastic, low carb treat. Different and delicious with only 2 grams of net carbs per tail.
It is very simple to make, even for a beginner, yet sure to impress.
Great for people who are not low carbing as well!

Last week I went to a place called 'The Salmon Shop' and came back heavily loaded, I'm determined to eat all the 30 salmon cutlets in a different way! This is an original recipe I came up with, note the amount of chili and pepper gives quite a spicy result, some might like to reduce the quantity.
