    Recipe #169384

Served in a Thai Restaurant in Paris. A memorable meal, I should say meals. I ordered this each time I went. This recipe is for 6. I guarantee you will enjoy this. I asked if this was a Thai recipe. "No madam, this is French. You are in Paris."

    Recipe #160580

This is a recipe from one of my two new cookbooks, both by Jerry Traunfeld; The HerbFarm Cookbook by Jerry Traunfeld. It's the first recipe I've tried from it and it was delicious! What a difference fresh grown herbs make, really kicks a dish up a notch! I did add one jalepeno to the marinade in the food processor, hangs head in shame, seed and all, but you guys know we like it hot! I used halibut fillets, as that was what I had on hand. Preparation time does NOT include the time it takes to marinate, and is a rough estimate based on how long it took me, making it the first time, to prepare the dish.

    Recipe #165646

Have napkins ready for this starter course! Peel these bad boys at the table and lick the garlic and herb butter from your fingers! Caribbean rum really adds a wonderful flavor! WINE: Crack open a bottle of Viognier, the dry fruity wine is lovely with the garlic and shrimp.

    Recipe #182687

This wonderful shrimp recipe is by Nadia Roden from Party By the Pyramids. It is healthy and super fast. If you have all of the ingredients ready ahead of time, you can prepare the dish quickly, as guests arrive.

    Recipe #140689

A long time favorite I have used for over 25 years, plan ahead the batter needs to sit for one hour before using --- the amounts listed will be enough for 2 pounds of fish, you may double but make certain to prepare two separate recipes in two bowls, do not double into one bowl as the batter will not be as good --- you may wish to add in 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and paprika to the flour mixture for extra flavor and for a little heat add in a pinch of cayenne pepper :)

    Recipe #69213

This is best with very fresh, wild salmon. It's a spring-time tradition here in Olympia.

This dish is absolutely excellent! Lovely! If you choose, use bow-tie pasta or some other small pasta. Found on a food blog and can't remember which, am sorry.

I toasted the orzo in a 350ºF oven, for 10 minutes and then continued to cook according to manufacturer's suggestions. This is a combination of a couple of recipes and I hope you like them, at least try them, puleeze. ;)

    Recipe #242381

I'm not fond of fish, but even I like this dish. Tilapia is mild, and the spicy crust is very appealing. I like to make the crumb crust in bulk and freeze in meal sized amounts. Then this becomes a super quick weeknight meal.

    Recipe #153647

I adopted this this interesting pasta salad recipe from the Recipezaar account and only slightly changed it. Cooking time is time to cook the linguine. Preparation time does not include refrigeration time. Enjoy this colorful salad!

    Recipe #6913

Recipe is originally from the Food Network courtesy of Rachael Ray, but I tweaked it to fit our tastes. Very quick & easy shrimp recipe that's done on the stovetop. If your tastes desire spicy & garlic, then this recipe is just for you.

This dish is a regular served on the beaches of Mexico. Serve it as a seafood appetizer or as a side salad dish. You can alter it to suit your own taste. Make it as spicy or as mild as you wish. My friends all love it. I often use shrimp & fish or shrimp & scallops - when I do this I do not marinate the shrimp as the shrimp tend to get tough. I steam the shrimp and add them a few hours before serving as I mix all the ingredients together. In Mexico when they make this they often add sea water (not recommened). If you are using frozen fish, choose a firm-fleshed fish and make sure it is fully thawed with as much moisture as possible removed.

    Recipe #8899

You will need 2 (15 x 6-inch) cedar grilling planks, and plan ahead the planks must be soaked in water for a minimum of 9 hours! This is a never fail recipe with complete instructions for the best tasting cedar-plank salmon you will ever have! Try to use seasoned salt for this, it really brings out tons of flavor! This salmon is even delicious without the lemon topping, adjust all ingredients to taste for the topping.
