This yummy vinaigrette comes from Country Living. I use half oil and half water to cut down on the fat and calories in this and all my other dressings.

    Recipe #416791

This comes from the Pioneer Woman on the foodnetwork. It's her Aunts recipe for salad dressing. She says Aunt Trish always used salad oil but you can use canola oil. And you can also use the Parmesan cheese that comes in a can if you wish.

    Recipe #480525

This is the result of years of trying to create the best Caesar dressing in the world & I believe this recipe comes very close. (Bold, don't you think?)

    Recipe #26431

    Garlic Lover's Delight

    Recipe #226806

I attended a cooking class today through the NMSU Valencia county Cooperative Extension service and this is a recipe we made in the class. It is very refreshing and makes a great side dish. You could even serve it with some nice crusty bread for a light lunch. It is best to use vine ripened tomatoes instead of a roma tomato which doesn't have much flavor. I don't like black olives so I leave them out. The cooking time is actually the time it takes to sit before serving. There is no actual cooking.

A mildly spicy black bean salad. Very healthy and great for vegetarians.

    Recipe #128627

I like this much more than regular cole slaw. Who knew what a change a little pineapple could bring. I used pineapple chunks instead of crushed pineapple. Recipe courtesy of Mr. Food.

    Recipe #478708

This is a copycat from McDonalds..I went in a hunt for this recipe since I became obsessed with it. My obsession started because I added a chopped avocado to my McDonalds purchased salad and it was heaven. I got this from recipelink.com, the avocado is optional since it's not in MD's salad but sooo recomended. The dressing that the salad comes with is Paul Newman's Natural Southwest dressing, so sub that if you find it at the store if you don't want to make it from scratch.

    Recipe #291805

Make several hours ahead, to let the flavors mellow.

    Recipe #478503

Goes great with steaks, moussaka, pastitsio, or as a lunch with a piece of warm pita bread.

    Recipe #26384

Sweet and tangy and very garlicky, perfect for a nice fresh romaine salad!

    Recipe #477779

From David Burke, Primehouse, via "Food and Wine" magazine.

You can’t top this easy salad recipe with a tasty topping of raspberries, cucumbers and Fisher Walnuts.

I saw this today on Food Network and it made me hungry. Posting for ease of finding again. Recipe courtesy Sunny Anderson Show: Cooking for Real Episode: Bistro Night In

This is a sweet, tart, sparkling, fresh salad dressing. Give it a try on your fresh summer greens.

    Recipe #384149

Crisp spring salad all piled inside pretty little parmesan cheese baskets! Easy to make! Perfect for Easter, lunches, parties or dinners!

    Recipe #363664

A copycat of Olive Garden's salad dressing developed by Food Network Kitchens.

    Recipe #373848

Easily made vegan by using vegan mayonnaise! Delicious and versatile. You can use this as a marinade too. :) This came from Melody Prettyman. She does healthy cooking demonstrations all over the country and I saw her on a TV program on 3ABN.

    Recipe #467256

You will want to shake up the dressing for this popular oriental salad the day before and refrigerate it until you are ready to toss the mixture. Flaked tuna or crab meat are good alternatives for the chicken in this recipe. Another recipe found in TOH.
