These are similar to the biscuits at Red Lobster, but I like a stronger garlic flavor. These go together very quickly and taste just heavenly! I use the fresh, minced garlic that comes in a jar to speed things up.
A delicious low-calorie, low-fat version of the Classic Cheese and Chive Scones with healthy low-fat alternatives in the inclusion of the low-fat soft cheese and the skimmed milk. These savory scones make a satisfying accompaniment to soups, or to any meal when you want something a bit more special than an ordinary dinner roll. They are simple to prepare, the recipe can easily be doubled, and they freeze well.
Great recipe to use up those holiday cranberries! It's delicious any time of year, though, if you can get the cranberries. Note to World Tour participants - I believe the ingredients are very typical for the Canada region.
