This is a marinade (for any steak you like) and then there is a sauce recipe to serve with that steak after it is cooked to your liking. Nice to serve on a bed of greens with tomato wedges, avocado and red onions.

Recipe #123525

Lovely Asian style marinade. Makes enough marinade for about 1 1/2 lbs of meat.

Recipe #124145

For any of you that are beef lovers, this is an amazing recipe for beef steak! Just make certain to tell your butcher to cut the sirloin to 2-1/2 inch thickness for this recipe. This steak is broiled then baked in the oven in a savory sauce, served topped with delicious mustard sauce, If desired you can just omit the mustard sauce, the steak is really wonderful without it also! The mustard sauce can be prepared hours in advance and refrigerated, then warmed in the microwave when ready to use. This recipe serves two people easily, but can be doubled if desired, just double all ingredients and prepare the with the same method...This is wonderful served with baked will love this!

We always grill our steaks, but earlier this week I had set out steaks for dinner and then we had a horrible storm, which made grilling impossible. I found this recipe in a cookbook and it was so good! I hope you enjoy it as well!

Recipe #129062

this is really good..only makes 1/2 we never have any leftovers

Recipe #130386

Another fine recipe from chef Jim Lee. I serve over steamed rice. Preparation time includes marinating time.

Recipe #131015

This sauce is a must served with steak!

Recipe #131132

Once you have your pork this way you'll never make it any other way. My Mom gave me this recipe a while back. It is quick and easy and tastes amazing. The sauce is also good served over rice.

Recipe #135918

I picked up one of those recipe cards at the store near the merchandise and spiced it up a bit. You could leave out the spices if you like a cooler taste!

Recipe #137251

This is the only way that I prepare steaks, now. Absolutely delicious!

Recipe #109728

I got this recipe from Family Circle Magazine and loved it! The only thing I do differently is marinate the steaks in red wine over night with a little meat tenderizer. At the end, to thicken up the sauce, I add about 1/2 teaspoon of cornstarch in the last minute of boiling the sauce.

Recipe #113031

Cheaper cuts of meat can be substituted, but the sirloin is nice especially for dinner guests. This is an easy American version of Stroganov. I also posted the traditional Russian version (recipe #97243).

This is wonderful for Summer BBQ (even though I fire up the grill even during the middle of the winter). The flavors are wonderful. It may be a little spicy for some, but for the daring it's great. I found this recipe in the Oregonian newspaper, from Portland Oregon. I have many requests for this for dinner and for the recipe. Enjoy!!

This is a good likeness to A 1 sauce. I don't eat steak a lot and this recipe makes only 6 servings. It keeps up to 3 months in the fridge. My uncle made me this when I was in Germany. They did not have steak sauce in the house. Very easy and quick to make.

Recipe #114785

This DOES NOT taste anything like A-1 or Heinz 57. However, it does add something special to a plain grilled steak.
