Similar to Subway's sweet and spicy glaze. Tastes wonderful on chicken (personally I like to melt some American cheese on top and make a sandwich). I'm sure it would go well with pork or any other white meat also... enjoy! Todd Wilbur- TSR recipe
* consider if mixture ends up too acidic add some extra sugar and vice versa if its too sugary add an extra half to whole tablespoon of vinegar
Fresh jalapenos is needed for this recipe which easily doubles/triples to do in batches for canning. This is JJ's chutney that will give your mouth a funky little roller coaster ride of hot & sweet. Serve it with cream cheese on crackers, or as chutney on Tortilla chips. Great for gift baskets! Remove the seeds from the jalepenos for 'Cowgirl Candy'. I have sometimes made this with an assortment of hot peppers from our garden.
This is a perfect recipe if you're wondering what to do with all those slightly over-the-hill, bruised, juicy to bursting point plums! The best part about it is that it's a two-fer: you make one recipe and end up with two things!
This sauce is extremely versatile. It can be used as a dressing, sauce, a spread and a dip. Great on chicken, fish and pork.
This has the essence of guacamole without the avocado. UPDATE: 9/15/2006- Adopted from the Recipezaar account.
Wake up pork with this adventurous blend of cocoa and chili! Just the right amount of heat, the right amount of sweet, and a rich infusion of chocolate. Go on, you know you want to see what the fuss is all about.
This is a great spice to add to anything from soups to salads. I have friends that use it on their popcorn now. I like it on my eggs in the morning. Some people may want to add other spices at the grinding stage to make this spice with their own special twist.
An interesting change from guacamole, served directly on tortilla chips or crackers.
Add more hot pepper sauce for a bigger kick if you want!
You can leave it plain or add one of the suggested toppings below.

If you love garlic then this spread is a must-try. Use it on sandwiches and veggies. I have coated this on salmon fillets before baking. My advise is if you are using this to coat your salmon fillets, you might want to decrease the garlic amount. This spread does a great job keeping the moistness in the fish and gives it a fantastic flavor. Please don't leave out the fresh tarragon--it's what brings this spread to life! The garlic amount may be decreased. Use only mayonnaise not salad dressing for this.
Watch this one it's hot but many recipes need a touch of hot. For example some cheese recipes. Recipes too, at a later date will call for Green Salsa do not confuse it with Tomatillo Salsa (also green) Hot sauce is used to garnish or add flavor to different dishes. Should not be kept more than a couple of days in the refrigerator
