This sauce is full of flavor. It's tangy, salty, spicy! Serve over or along side fried tofu, chicken or pork. Before serving garnish with fresh sliced scallions (green onions).

A wonderful cheese sauce with a kick. Great on seafood or chicken enchiladas. I was lucky to be able to adopt this recipe..and as it's one of my favourites I'm really happy about that..I like to mix this with plain steamed rice. It's delicious!

Recipe #66935

This fresh made lemon curd is delicious and I use it alot. Any leftover is delicious spread on bread, scones, or muffins, or for a special treat, spread between thin ginger cookies and top with whipped cream. Lemon curd keeps, covered and chilled, 1 week.

Ok! here is my secret recipe for shrimp sauce. I have had many request for it. This recipe is not only good for shrimp or other seafoods but is also good for most anything your heart desires. Some examples are... fried rice,a salad dressing for salads, egg rolls, raw vegetables and just plain old chips. Keep chilled up to 2weeks, best flavor is the next day after making. My family loves it on everything. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

This is a dip that I have been making and enjoying for many years, and I don't even like curry. This dip is exceptionally good with crudites (assorted chilled veggies) or with Fritos corn chips. This keeps for an unbelievably long time in the fridge, months even!

For those who love spicy appetizers! I usually have no use for any of the usual dips that are served with spicy appetizers like chicken wings. Sour cream takes the edge off the spice (which for me is defeating the purpose) but this dip is one that I can enjoy because it accents the heat as opposed to just reducing it. Sure the sour cream still reduces the bite but it has a unique kick of its own now! Bring it on!

This versatile BBQ sauce can be used as a marinade or as a glaze. Good tossed with pasta or used as a pizza sauce.

Recipe #97528

This caramel is very rich and gooey. It can be thinned with a little water to make a sauce for ice cream or it can be used as-is for a gooey candy filling. Great with apples too! Recipe can be doubled. Because the sugar can turn from caramel to burned rather quickly it is best to have all ingredients measured before starting.

Recipe #99795

This recipe has a unique flavor; the blending of pepper, vinegar, and sweet Vidalia onion compliment each other. Fantastic recipe for burgers, steaks, or as a side order.

Recipe #108526

I remember someone requesting a recipe for Apricot Chicken. I hope this will help out.

Recipe #523

This mix can be stored for up to 12 months and added to additional ingredients to make homemade Ranch dip or dressing. It beats bottles and jars anyday!

My most favorite Sweet and Sour Sauce. I often add pineapple, sliced green pepper and maraschino cherries. You can use it as a dipping sauce or add it to cooked meat or poultry.

If you like the refreshing and spicy taste of chai half as much as I do, then you're going to love how easy and good this is! I make up a batch once of twice a month and then enjoy my chai.

From french fries, to chicken nuggets, to just about anything, this was the ultimate dipper when I was in college. Created by accident, it quickly became everyone's fave. I introduced it to my mom, and now I have to keep this mixture on hand in the fridge AT ALL TIMES!!! Sounds gross, but give it a try...might surprise ya!! It seems that everyone prefers a little more of this or that ingredient. I like mine with a little less mayo, lots of pepper and garlic powder, and the mustard added. Play around with it a little bit, and you'll find the combo that is perfect for you!

Have you ever ran out of the canned pizza sauce when you really needed it? This recipe is so good and easy you may never buy pizza sauce again. It is also great to use on cheese fries.
