Salmon patties are quick and easy. I got this recipe from my son's babysitter many years ago. My son is now 20 and we still eat these at least a few times a month. These are very moist when done.

Italian style baked salmon that is simple and simply delicious!

    Recipe #39595

This is so easy and the salmon bakes out soooo moist! You can use white salt instead of the seasoned salt but add in about 1/4 teaspoon paprika to the mixture. This recipe can be doubled.

    Recipe #178261

My husband loves these almost as much as hamburgers!

This recipe goes back years, the mayo is the secret to this recipe it's what locks in all the moisture in the fish, you can also use large thick salmon fillets in place of the steaks, I like to use Atlantic salmon fillets, but any salmon will do fine, this can easily be doubled, adjust the salt and pepper amount to taste, these also may be made on the grill placed on a pan

This is a recipe I'm posting for Zaar World Tour 2006. It's from a cookbook, French Classics. The author, Richard Grausman, stated that poached salmon is traditionally served with a hollandaise sauce but this is much better. You can substitute any thick fish. Serve with potatoes or rice and Chardonnay. Or if you prefer French Hollandaise Sauce #170385

Ripped out of one of my old cookbooks. It had recipes for everyday of the year but I don't remember the name of it. Stove top sauce and broiled fish.

    Recipe #174802

Another good recipe from "Sundays at Moosewood." Creamy and salty and delicious.
