A delicious white wine garlic marinade gives this salmon amazing flavor, and keeps it nice and moist when grilled on the BBQ. A definite favorite at our house, and our guests always ask for the recipe!

So yummy! I came up with this because I have 2 bottles of blue curacao waiting for me to make something yummy! I tossed in a blended with a couple ingredients poured into a sugar rimmed glass then topped with ginger ale that gave the beautiful cloud effect over the turuoise sea. Amazing! Must Try!

I got this from a salmon farm. They were giving out samples of their wildcaught salmon at the local health food store. This is our favorite recipe for salmon.

This is so good and actually not very hard to make. I make the olive relish ahead of time and let it set a couple of hours up to all day to blend all the flavors, also the asparagus cream as well to save time, so when it comes to dinner ... a quick roast for the salmon, and maybe some roasted grilled potatoes in a pesto sauce and grape tomatoes make this a quick dinner for family, friends or company. Note ... My pesto potatoes are nothing more than quartered red potatoes tossed with a couple of spoons of pesto (store bought) and my tomatoes which are simply tossed with olive oil, salt and pepper and both are roasted right along side the salmon. A one pan wonder meal.

Yummy and versatile. You can use this recipe for salmon, flounder, chicken or pork. I've used it for all of those and it always turns out fabulous! It's fast, too so it's good for a weeknight meal. It's really good with macaroni and cheese.

This recipe is very easy to make, low calorie and bursting with flavor. I found it in one of my favorite cookbooks, Easy Dinners: Healthy Recipes. I used Miracle Whip instead of the light mayo to shave off a few extra calores.

This may seem like alot of pepper, but it is not only edible, but delicious. In fact, sometimes I add even more. We love our salmon here in the Pacific NW and this is one of our favorites.

From It's all about the sauce with this one. This sweet, tangy and slightly spicy sauce goes perfectly with salmon, but can also be used on chicken or ribs. Just be sure to watch the sauce closely as it cooks in case it starts to bubble over. It's gonna get thicker as it cools, so be sure not to overcook it. If it becomes too thick, just add a bit of water to thin it out.

Salmon is my favorite fish! This is a wonderful appetizer to serve at a dinner party or just to impress someone special.
