Rice stands in for potatoes in this unique twist on an American classic!

    Recipe #22145

Another recipe that comes from the 2004 cookbook, The Joy of Cranberries: The Tangy Red Treat that I received from a cookbook swap partner! Preparation time does not include time needed for salad to chill.

    Recipe #335165

I'm not a big fan of peas, but like them IN things. This salad is one of my favorites. Happy to share!

    Recipe #125195

I was desperately searching for the rather plain macaroni salad served at Ono Hawaiian BBQ and this one comes close! Apparently, this is a typical macaroni salad from the islands. I've also made it with tuna instead of crab, and edamame (soy beans) instead of peas, and it turned out great!

    Recipe #216917

As the name says, a straightforward salad with a light citrus dressing. A nice accompaniment to grilled entrees.

    Recipe #279316

This salad recipe was given to me by a neighbor. It can be doubled for a large crowd. It's a favorite in my house.

    Recipe #249748

A healthy and simple recipe to make.

    Recipe #422890

A good crunchy mac salad with a little kick to it.

    Recipe #231011

This is the ANSWER for me on a hot summer day. I could eat the whole bowl. Usually serve on lettuce with a tall glass of lemonade.

orange liqueur makes this special --

    Recipe #239172

As we all know, summertime is on its way and I have been looking for some lower fat and healthy recipes. Here is a wonderful looking one that I found on a web site called all-healthy.com.

    Recipe #52500

It was really hot, my DH works on a golf course... we wanted something quick & easy & COOOOOOOOL as a said dish.. this is what I came up with!!!! He ate all of his, part of mine & asked for more... AMAZING!!! Last Night we were having a home made Italian Dinner & he requested "that delicious asparagus salad you made up" so, I figured if he (the veggie hater) liked it that well... I should share!!

Wonderful salad to tote to a picnic or potluck. Prep time includes marinating time.

    Recipe #29762

I tried and very much enjoyed Recipe #336869, which I make regularly now. I decided to play around with it to come up with some other fun variations of it. Since I love Tex-Mex style food, I threw together this one. Another serving variation I use is to dice the tomatoes up and mix them into the salad, and then serve it all over greens. But it is really nice-looking served over a full tomato slice. I've been using frozen corn right now since that is all I have access to, but I am excited to try it with fresh as soon as I can!

    Recipe #363020

This is a wonderful salad that is an often requested recipe. I usually substitute splenda for the sugar and light Miracle Whip works fine. The salad can be made the day before serving.

    Recipe #414546

This stunning and delicious salad was a staple at the Wheat's household. I must give the credit for that. Man, one plate of this stuff is NEVER enough! Form a serving line and let everyone build their own; chatting in "line" is half the fun of this meal.

    Recipe #224143

    From the book of Splenda.

    Recipe #366970

Delicious side dish, good use for summer vegetables!

    Recipe #399211

I got this recipe from a coworker at the salon I work at. I didn't think it would be so wonderful and addictive! It's very creamy and sweet, and a great mix of flavors. It will be the best thing you ever use grapes for (except maybe wine!).
